All right, today's episode is the beauty pageant of the million voices impacting millions. Okay, beauty pageant of the million voices impacting millions. Now, what is this all about? Now, you know that I am a former Miss Singapore... Okay, that was a really long time ago, but yes. So I was coaching beauty wanted Queens to win on national and international stage after winning Miss Singapore Universe as runner up and then winning again in Miss Singapore International 2006 and then representing Singapore again in Miss Singapore Chinese Cosmos in 2011.

Genecia Alluora: So all these beauty pageant experiences has left a very deep impression in my heart because it was like my skeleton of who I am, literally learning about grooming, deployment, personal branding, stage leadership, being able to present our own platform, share sharing our message consistently so eventually we can be seen consistently no matter which country we are going to and be able to relate and have human connections. So then even up to today, I'm still connected with all my girlfriends from the beauty pageants like Miss Hong Kong, Miss Malaysia, Miss Aruba, so many different countries. We are all still friends even up till today. So coming back to this beauty pageant of the million voices impacting millions. Now, how am I bring this into the picture?

Genecia Alluora: This is through my instant podcast leader program. So I've been wanting to do a business awards of sorts, but I didn't want to do something that is common. Okay, you must hit a certain sales figure, then you get this trophy, or you must win a certain thing and then do something. So literally what this means is I just want to be different. I just don't like to do the same thing. And because of my background in beauty pageant, I have created a system, a crown system for my podcast leaders. And these podcast leaders, of course, they must first sign up for the instant podcast leader program, the Done For You service, where we help them to craft their brand and positioning. And the major difference here is from a beauty pageant is, you have to in a beauty pageant, you got to be slim, gorgeous, beautiful.

Genecia Alluora: In a certain way, there's nothing wrong with that. It's just something that I've created differently. So in instant podcast leader, I'm recognizing individuals for their ability to empower, to inspire, millions around the world. Yes, inspire millions around the world with their voice. So it's not a pageant where you must be beautiful, then you have this crown. But because of your inspiration, you are already inspiring millions around the world, especially using the vehicle of your voice. And that excites me. So I came up with actually five crown system. That means there are five crown colors. But on this episode, I'll just share three. Okay.

Genecia Alluora: Instant podcast leader level one, which is the Emerald or what we call the Elite Emerald, means green color. So level one is actually called elite instant podcast leader. And it symbolizes growth, reflection, peace and balance and healing, which means a person is truly healed by telling his or her story through podcast, using her voice or his voice to help others to grow, reflect, and to encourage peace and balance in someone else's life. And this symbolizes a state fast bond. And because of this color of green, it makes it very worthy of the person who is starting on this podcasting journey, not knowing where he or she is going towards, not knowing how his or her voice is going to inspire people, but knowing they're receiving the power of this green color gem of the elite instant podcast leader.

Genecia Alluora: She encourages growth, reflection, peace, balance, and healing, even in their own lives. The second crowning that I've come up with, it's called the Platinum Instant Podcast Leader, and this is the color of purple. I love the color of purple because it's like amethyst, but it's not really amethyst. It's just purple. I want to call it platinum because it symbolizes a feeling of jam, of fire. It's like an opportunity for people to expand in the higher mind. And this level is where after they do the season one, that means after they completed one year of batching and repurposing of their podcast, they continue to enroll in the next season where they go on to go to the second season or the second cycle. And by this point, why it's so platinum, I would say, because there is this passion and creativity and spirituality involved in the person because you're so excited that you just want to plan ahead.

Genecia Alluora: You just want to be sharing your legend, your beauty, your thoughts to stimulate, to soothe minds and emotions and souls of other people's around the world with your voice. So this is the purple or what we call the Platinum instant podcast leader's ability to expand one hires mind to enhance one's creativity and passion. So this is something that I'm very excited about. I love the color purple and this is a connection to the divine. Because when you're already moving up to the first level, you have achieved the harmony and the balance. And then you're going to the next level, which is the platinum instant podcast leader. You're doing another season. You're getting ready. You're getting prepared to inspire by planning ahead to connect with more people, more souls around the world with your voice.

And then you actually help the person who has been following you for one entire season and creating that protective field or shield for them. Because as they follow you, they listen to you, they are your followers, they are your raving fans. And then you help them to open up their mind and open up their soul and to be connected in their whichever ways in your area of your expertise. So that is the power of platinum instant podcast leader. And that is the second level after elite instant podcast leader, which was the green color. So then with the purple. And last but not least, the third one that I'll be talking about today is the Diamond instant podcast leader.
