Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul rich Woman Blueprint. I hope you've enjoyed the brand new intro. We are just having some fun here to see whether... Oh, is this the correct episode I'm tuning in to? Well, it is. Okay. All right. On today's episode, I want to be talking about as we're approaching towards the end of the year, we still got about almost a quarter to go at the time of the recording. And whatever time that you're tuning into, yes, I'm recording for that season. I want you to go into a zone of reflection of gratitude. Now it sounds a little bit cliché to you like, oh, almost towards the end of the year, there's another quarter. Why are we talking about gratitude, we should be talking about more sales, more business, more client, more branding.

Genecia Alluora: Now, the reason why I say gratitude is key is when I listen to even the introduction of today's show, I'm touched because it's a compilation of the things I've done, a compilation of the seminars and trainings I've done, and the words I've spoken to inspire tens of thousands of women across the region. I'm filled with gratitude for everything I've done so far and whatever I've not done so far because of what is my process, whatever I've completed has made me who I am right now. So what is the key thing here today? The key message is you are where you need to be right now.

Genecia Alluora: You are not ahead, you're not behind, God has got your back and has you intact, on track. So even though you have set goals towards the end of the year or at the start of the year and you have not met those goals yet. It could be because of the Corona virus, the COVID situation, the circuit breaker, or the MCO, or the quarantine that you are currently facing or already have faced previously that have probably disrupted your business in one way or another. And the deeper level, we all have a sense of frustration, a sense of anxiety. I get that entrepreneurship, anxiety and depression is real. I totally get that. Even though we are already doing online. And for you who is tuning in, if you're already online when COVID happened, well, good for you.

But it is the fact, isn't it?

Genecia Alluora: You just don't want to hear it. But it's a fact of life. You eat, you shit, you sleep, you wake up, and you repeat. So then the question will be, how conscious are you aware of your day? How conscious are you aware of your actions? And how conscious are you aware of your positive mindset? Every single day you could tell yourself affirmations. I am whole and complete. My income is constantly increasing. All is well in my world. I love myself and I set myself free. This is my time and I'm ready for the next step. All right, fair. You said five affirmations. Affirmations and you have 24 hours, you sleep eight hours and the remaining of the hours, you only use three minutes to complete this affirmations. And for the rest of the hours, outside of the three minutes minus the way the eight hours, you are telling yourself all the negative stuff.

Genecia Alluora: How is it an attitude of gratitude? When you are a business owner, a 905 employee, a newbie, whether you're thinking of quitting the red race, your attitude of gratitude is epitome, is key to unlocking the abundance, the power, the diamond that is within you because you deserve to shine. So I want you to be aware, put down on a diary, if you have a diary, if not put down in your notes, I want you to write down 5 to 10 things you are grateful for before you sleep every single day for the next five days. So put us down 5 to 10 things that you're truly grateful for, even the little tiniest things ever from... Okay, I mean, beyond just your breathing, your alive, what more can you say? I shared with you, even though you share five gratitude sentences, but for the rest of the day, you're just negative, pure negative vibes. Well, you know, you can't really overcome them. So that is why you need to get, and you must get into the habit of gratitude so that you charge your power, turbo charge for until the end of the year, and be ready for harvest when the following year comes.

Genecia Alluora: This is how I've done it. I've done this same thing as I'm going through my bankruptcy. I've gone bankrupt, going through and then overcame all these things, I could be just negative, lousy. I hate. I don't want to help people. I feel so bad about myself. I'm a victim, stupid banks and things are happening in my life. I could be a bitch myself. But you know what? A spirit of gratitude and attitude of gratitude saves the multitudes. It will save your soul. We are the soul rich woman. There is a diamond within us. There is something that is within our soul that deserves to shine. So how much energy and positive vibes are you depositing into your soul account that you truly can unlock that diamond to receive the abundance, the joy, the love, the everflowing grace that is so easy for you to achieve your success every single day, cheongah, towards the end of the year and the following year.
