
87: Wah! So Expensive. Clear This Objection By Creating Passive Income Products

Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today's episode, I want to be talking about the part two of, So Expensive. Now, there is another angle to tackle and handle this issue as you're doing your business, bring your leadership brand online, whether you're in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, wherever you may be at. This is an evergreen principle. Okay? Now, remember I talked about the topic of value ladder where you need to build up a series of you or a series of ways you are able to serve your potential customers in the way that you can allow yourself to be duplicatable.

Genecia Alluora: All right, the answer is duplication. So when people say, Wow, so expensive about your programs, your services, you need to have a step down or a down sell. That is a part of the value ladder that I've been discussing about in the previous episodes. So if you have not tuned into that episodes yet, just go search for Value Ladder in the previous episodes. So depending on the season you are tuning into, one of our step down products that we have is our $12 a month membership program, and that is a subscription base. Either you pay $12 a month or $99 a year, and you get two videos that teaches you about Facebook ads, about lead generation every single month. So that is a structured learning process because we women, we don't need more information. We just need exactly tell us what to do and we just go get things done.

Genecia Alluora: Just like a podcast like this, it will be a step down of the $12 program. That means it's completely free because the podcast that you're tuning into is free, isn't it? This is completely free. So from free podcast to a $12 a month membership and then stepping up to a digital product. So this is another duplication that you can offer to your clients if they cannot afford your current services. For example, a mentorship of $50,000 or a Mastermind at $100,000, whatever that may be, they can't afford that right now. You know what? That's not their fault. That could be because that's where they are at the moment in their own process. So we need to learn also to trust the process where your clients are at. I've got some clients who have been following me for two, three, four years. Okay?

Genecia Alluora: Joanne is one of them. She actually wanted to start a cafe when I was still running a cafe retail chain. And she was already following me and she wanted to invest in the franchise. But in the end, she decided not to go ahead. A few years later, which is now the current moment, she joined us, took up a the mentorship program, took up the podcast coach licensing program, and then she started doing her podcast coaching services while running her beauty services. And all these things has helped her right now at this moment in time. So you must trust the process as well. Not everyone is ready to take your products or your services. So you just need to remember, just keep marketing to the right eyeballs, to the right fishes, to the right customers. Eventually, all will come in.

Genecia Alluora: So if they are not able to afford at that level, don't worry, you need to duplicate yourself by creating programs and products that you can duplicate yourself. For example, creating digital products like short causes, ranging from $97 to $297. They are what we call the low level value programs, what we call the low hanging fruits, where you want your fishes or potential customers to say yes to you. These are what we call the small agreements where they will say yes for a $7 to a $12 to $97 to $297 product. And then by providing a little bit more value, moving towards the $500 range to a $1,000 range, and so on and so forth. So this idea of creating digital products starts with one.

Genecia Alluora: I've seen too many women getting old gaga about this. Oh, I need to create digital products and I've got to create 100 digital products. Stop, stop, stop, stop. You just need to start to create one. And the thing is, don't create that thing first. Do the landing page, do a sales page, check out if anybody want the product or not first. The biggest mistake I always see when I say duplicate yourself and then women going off and duplicating 100 programs and 50 programs and 20 programs and all at different price point because Genecia said got to be a value ladder. There must be a down sell. There must be upsell. So everything together. So there's a hundred and thousand programs. Okay, maybe not so exaggerated, maybe 10 programs.

Genecia Alluora: But if you only have $1,000 or $5,000 or $10,000 marketing investment, marketing fee, I mean, for $10,000 or $1,000 marketing fee, you have to spread to 10 products. It doesn't really make any sense in terms of strategy. Okay, so back to the thing, only do one first. So if you're listening to this right now, you are meant for something greater than yourself, something super awesome because this is the beginning of passive income. Welcome to the world of passive income products. When I was in 2013, I was looking for a way out to go from offline to online. I tell you, creating digital products, duplicating myself was one of the biggest thing I've done for myself by recording videos and audios and creating workbooks, a program, putting a program together and sell it. And that has made me quite a lot of money, I would say. And even up to today, I'm still doing it.

Genecia Alluora: So well, if you're listening to this for the first time, you know what? Here's the potential. Now, I want to address two more myths before I go. First is because somebody is selling it, I can no longer sell it. Now, this is a scarcity mindset. This is a scarcity mindset. This is a scarcity mindset. This is a scarcity mindset. Like I said before, even though someone else is selling the same thing already, you need to use the Soul Rich Woman blueprint to differentiate yourself because be different in order to make a difference. You have to be different because you look left, you look right, somebody else, it looks like doing the same thing as you. I'll give you an example. I look left and I look right, someone else is doing an FB live, a Facebook live, an Instagram live. I also do Facebook live together with Janette, Joanne, Charlotte. I do FB live with them every week. We do twice a week. And at the time of listening, this is accurate. Okay, that's the time of recording.

Genecia Alluora: This is correct. And the difference between us and other people is that we don't just do the FB live, we do for the purpose of repurposing our content. We do for the purpose of distributing our content and multiplying it 1,000 times across the world wide web. We go beyond just the blue color Facebook, the pink color Instagram. We go beyond the shores of all these social media platforms in order to one effort 1,000 times. Okay? So if you're having the mindset set of, oh, they are selling the same thing as me, please erase this mindset and really get off that and focus that you are different. Find out what's your strengths. Genecia Alluora: The second problem I always see people talking about is that they don't believe in their own value. Come on, you've got to be gone through degree programs, you've gone through certifications, you've gone through things, you tell me you got nothing to sell. My dear girl, you have everything you can and have whatever it takes to either your experience, your expertise, your skill set, something about you that is worthy of promoting. Yes, there is. If you think there isn't, knock yourself out. All right. If you still think that there is nothing that you have, you got to do a coaching call with me. Let me help you with that. Now, you do have something that you can really monetize. And that something sometimes may not be what you think it is. It may not be that passion that you have. It could be something that you're already very good at.

Genecia Alluora: Like, for example, your colleagues are always saying that you're really good at organizing. And even even though your main job is an accountant and you balance numbers, but you're also really good at managing things. That means getting things organized. And one of the, what we call the duplicating of yourself, you could even just create a how do you organize your table, for example, or how do you project manage using Asana or Trello or something. So there is always something valuable about you that truly believe in that's within you that deserves to shine. I really believe that there's a diamond waiting to be shining brightly. You just get a little bit more courage, a little bit more bravery to step out of that comfort zone and go towards t hat zone of duplication and passive income, girl.

Genecia Alluora: Don't give up. Okay, you can do it. All right. So let's come back to the point. You really need to learn the art of duplicating yourself. When customers say, Wow, so expensive. There are always multiple ways to offer yourself, offer your services and your programs and your products so that you have multiple sources of income.
