Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode. My name is Genecia Alluora. Welcome to Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. On today's episode, I want to share with you how do you counter clients saying, Wow, so expensive. Which means either your products or your programs are so expensive. I want to give you some scripts, some sharing and ideas to get you flowing so that you know how to address these concerns. Now, first and foremost, you got to ask yourself when you are creating a product... I'll give you an example. One of our podcasting done for you programs is within about $20,000 range. And this is a done for you service, which means it's a do for you. You only need to do 5 % of the work.

Genecia Alluora: Well, almost sometimes even 3 % of the work. We do 98% or 97% of the work. That means everything from recording, editing, promoting, marketing, everything. And that's $20,000. And the season that you're tuning into, at the moment I'm recording, the amount is correct. So this is a huge amount for some people. They're like, Wow, podcasting? So expensive. I can do it myself for $5. All I need to invest is into a microphone that is $12. And then I just need to subscribe to a hosting for $5. And then I can have this and that. I will have less than $20 or $50. I can do podcasting. So first and foremost, these are the customers that we don't want to serve. And even if we want to serve, we will have a DIY podcasting program that is about 800 USD that takes them from A to Z of podcasting, which includes branding, editing, all the way to launching and marketing.

Genecia Alluora: But everything is 100% you do it yourself. Yes, we have that. That's $800. But the other program, the done for you is $20,000. You see the difference, right? So when you want to sell and promote your programs, products or services, you need to first list down 20 objections that most likely your customers will say to you. When they say, Wow, it's too expensive. It's just tip of the iceberg. Girl, this is just game. This is just like a game for you to play. When this is too expensive. I have no time. There are three main things that's happening in their life. First, they are already not interested in your product. Number two, they probably have something else in their mind. Number three, they just don't believe enough in your product. Because if someone really want your product, even if they have no money or even if they have no time, they will find a way to get it done.

Genecia Alluora: They will definitely find a way to get it done. I've been coaching and training since 2006, and I've seen people, I've seen women really going all out. A 100%, 200% to sign up for programs in order to win pageants, in order to be a leader on stage, to get on stages in United Nations, or things like that that let them be elevated in their status, let them be recognized as a leader, win a trophy. Think about that.When you are competing an olympics. For example Joseph Schooling who is a swimmer. And he is won an olympic gold just a few years ago for Singapore. And when he wanted to win the gold, he hire his coach to swim for him? Or did he swim his olympic laps in the pool itself? The answer is Joseph Schooling have to swim in the pool every single day until the day of the olympics. And then he competed in the competition to win the olympic gold.

Genecia Alluora: So anyone who comes along first, you must first recognize what are the key objections that anyone could face. So in podcasting let me share with you some examples of objections that we always face and you must put it down into the linggo that your fishes speak or potential customer speak. Fpr example, I don't have time then we'll tell them, well we just need 2 or 4 hours to record every single week and you will complete how many episodes in 4 hours and then in 1 month you finish one entire season. So we show them the possibility, show them the outcome of their dreams. Bring them back to their dreams. What is it that you want, it's not about me signing up for your podcasting program. Yes, I get your money but I'm helping you to achieve your dreams.

Genecia Alluora: Is it leaving a legacy? Is it fullfilling your purpose? Is it getting your name out there? Is it to be seen as an international speaker? Is it to be promoting your book as an author? And then because of the podcast you are generating leads, inquiries. What is it about their dreams? So bring them back in their dreams. Another objection we always get is, I don't know what to say. I have no experience. I am not successful like you so I cannot do a podcast. Well if you face a situation like this, we'll always tell them, Oh, dpn't worry about the topics. I've a topic bank for you. We'll gonna list of hundreds of topics available. All you need to do is to pick and choose. You see? Because you are paying for done for you.

Genecia Alluora: We have all the templates, all swipe files that you posibly need that will fit to your experiences, to your millestones, to your resume. We have a story questionaire, our coach will guide you every step of the way to ensure you have something to say. So don't worry that you think you got nothing to say right now. We have everything and anything to help you to unlock your memory to find exactly what's your brand and your possitioning so that you can do it right, right at the start of recording your podcast now. So yes, that's another objection that we always face nothing to say. Right?

Genecia Alluora: So this are just 2 examples that you can look at and when you are able to list your customers potential objections down and then you need to put it really very clearly how to adress these objections in the
best way possible and to guide them through. We have one more. Let me just give you one more bonus before I go. One of the thing like I say, Woah, so expensive, right? So then this is my favorite, Woah, so expensive! Then I ask you the question. How much is your time worth? Now when you are working in a 9-5 you're expected to be paid a $1000, $2000, $3000, $10,000, $20,000 whatever that amount maybe. You are expecting to be paid salary every hour you work, everyday you work you expect to be paid. But how is it then when you are working in yourself on your dreams, on your goals on the vision that you want to achieve, the financial freedom, the financial independense. To travel arround the world and then you are not willing to invest in yourself.

Genecia Alluora: In your time. And you choose to go around, around the circles. Do you know that either way will still pay? Whether is it paying to waste your time day after day, trying to figure it out by yourself to do a podcast until the day the cows come home, or you pay and you invest in yourself because you value your time, even though you know that you are paid $1,000 to $20,000 for your own salary, you know that your time is so precious that you wish to just pay, invest, and get a shortcut and achieve the results in the shortest time possible so that you can 10 X your leads and inquiries, 10 X your financial independence.

Genecia Alluora: So this is what we'll tell our potential customers and our fishers when they say, Woah, so expensive. Well, I hope I've inspired you to list out the objections on the products and services that you're promoting to your potential customers. And remember, keep these objections with you because they are usually evergreen. And as time goes by, they may morph and evolve as your product evolved as well. So get going and take action.
