Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode. Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. My name is Genecia Alluora. Welcome, welcome. I hope that you have been doing great and learning all these little strategies I've been sharing with you throughout all these days, weeks and months. Okay, so today I want to talk about gossiping. Now, gossiping is a waste of time, all right? So this is something that is also very close to my heart because I see many situations that people come together. They are gossiping. They are just looking at. bringing someone else down or they think that it's just I am harmless to talk about that person or that situation. I want to tell you that gossiping is a waste of your own energy. It's like eating the poison and hoping that person will die.

Genecia Alluora: Casual gossiping causes you to speak your own negative truths. That means when you say negatively about someone else, do you know that you're discounting your own energy? You're just bringing your own energy down. You're bringing your future less and less, like kind of like draining it. Because imagine this a cup is full of positive energy overflowing it's like riding on the wave. And when you are gossiping it just poke a hole to the cup and the water is just leaking from the hole. And then you gossip again. You poke another hole into the cup and more water gets leaked out of the cup. So as a person gossips more, the cup becomes more and more holy. Well pun indeended. It literally means that all the water that you have, the positivity, the abundance that you're supposed to receive, that the universe is giving you, is all leaking out from the side.

Genecia Alluora: It basically drains you of your energy. So gossiping is something that I don't recommend. And that is why in Soul Rich Woman, those leaders who gossip will eventually not be aligned with us. The women who gossip and they are so negative and they are just in their own world doing their things, gossiping and becoming a vampire. I tell you my truth is people who are aligned with us will be aligned with us. People who are not aligned with us will never be aligned with us. They will leave us. So you choose the fishes you want in your community, you choose the leaders you want to be in your community, you choose the management you want on your team, you choose your staff, your employees on the team who are positive, they don't gossip. They focus on playing win win, asking clarifying questions, focusing on leveraging to go to the next level as a team.

Genecia Alluora: If you are a captain of your own ship right now and you are steering in a direction towards your dream, your goals, your success in love, life, relationships, everything that you wanted to achieve and someone else is gossiping about you and dropping all the anchors into the sea, into the seabed? Do you think when you're steering the ship, are you able to continue to go forward? Or will all those anchors of gossips hold you back? Pull you down and weigh you backwards. And that is why we must wear the helmet of truth. And that is why we must put on the breastplate of righteousness. And that is why we must guard ourselves, protect ourselves from gossips and stay with the people whom are like minded, who look into the positive, who's vibrating at the highest level possible of energy ever.

Genecia Alluora: And that is why I love it when I know women like Charlote Milzuki, Joanne Lee, Janet Aisha Queck these women whom are closer and are growing with us, they are my mentees. I'm mentoring them. And I see how that they are understanding or so called being brainwashed by me about vibrating at the highest level. And they believe in it, too. And because of that, when we come together, we don't talk about other things. You don't talk about that person, this person. No. We come together and we're asking ourselves, how can we make more money together as a group? How can we, through our content, serve more women around the world? How can we discuss and flow so that our content, our energy, attracts women to come, to ask for us, to coach them and mentor them?

Genecia Alluora: We are always asking these positive questions because you are the average of the five people that you hang out with the most, right? If you are positive. You are a pool of abundance. You are ocean of positivity. Everything that you can be. That's when you're going to get all the clients you want. That's when you can sell high ticket item. That's when you can get $50,000, $100,000, a million dollars easily because you are vibrating at the level. You are no longer pulling yourselves back, struggling because the energy that you are vibrating at you are the average of the five people you hang out with the most. And if you really truly want success, you must stop gossiping. Now, gossiping with other people may seem like no just talking about the person, just sharing. You know, there is a fine line between just sharing and gossiping.

Genecia Alluora: It's the energy and the way you talk about it, are you seeing in a more reflective way? Is it necessary? Will it benefit you by sharing with the other person? Or it doesn't benefit your ego because you told the other person, oh yeah, stroking your ego. So what is it? Stop gossiping. Reflect if you need to err and say some things, really speak with your mentor, with your coach, share that out, clear it away, because it's a baggage, it's irritating your inner demons and that is why you are gossiping. Something about that person is irritating you and that's why you're gossiping. Or maybe you don't even know about it. So I'm highlighting to you right now, stop all these habits. Because if you want to be successful, we have no time to talk about other people.

Genecia Alluora: Why don't you spend that extra time of gossiping in helping someone else, supporting someone else, mentoring someone else, coaching someone else, instead of pulling people down by your words, your energy. And then in return, karma comes back and then your own energy in turns get sucked away. Is that what you want? So really this is an awareness episode where I'm seeing too many people doing that. But I know I can't stop everyone. But I hope for you, who is tuning into this episode, that you're aware or maybe someone you know, you can share with them this as well, that they can also be aware that they can be living in their fullest potential. The pink diamond, their purple diamond, their shiny, bright white, clear diamond ever in their life, their fullest potential, making that income that they want, owning the F word, fabulous, freedom, financial independence and family, whatever they want, they can have it all.

Genecia Alluora: Always ask yourself this question after you gossip. What's next? Well, I hope this episode opened up your ears and your mind into what goes on in people like us, myself. Successful people don't gossip. Successful people just keep looking forward, ignore, delete and keep moving forward because time is really short. Life is very short. I don't have time to gossip. I only have time to do my content to help and support and mentor thousands and millions of women around the world with my message. If I spend ever a bit of my energy gossiping about other people, I'll be helping one woman less. And that is one sacrifice I'm not willing to make. What about you?
