Genecia Alluora: Hello, Soul Rich Woman. Welcome to today's episode of the Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora now, today I want to share with you what success means to me. Because a lot of you, when you see me posting on my social media, you know I'm posting on everywhere in the world wide Web, everyone forms a different image of who I am. So I'm here in your years today in your inbox to share with you what success truly means to me. At this point in my life, success truly means to me being able to be there for the women I'm coaching and mentoring around the world and being there as a support and as a strength and as a source of hope to guide them through no matter their journey and their past or their future may look like. Being there to watch their back.

Genecia Alluora: So it's like you've got someone whom you can trust to watch your back for you, like a cheerleader, not just on the sideways and the sidewalks, but along with you watching your back. When I look at Charlote Mizuki, founder of LifeSparks. Five years ago in 2015, she joined us and signed up for mentorship. And her journey was never a smooth, straight path. It was up and down, up and down, up and down. She was working 18 hours, hustling, side hustling through her nine to five job, and then later on continuing with LifeSparks. And she only quit her job in 2018, so it was never easy for her. First, her business model was a little bit flawed at the beginning. She was just doing it as a passion project, not so much of a profitability kind of angle. And then later on moving it into a very profitable business model.

Genecia Alluora: And then of course, when COVID-19 happens, all her outlets have to close because of the quarantine and the circuit measure, circuit breaker measures. So she lost some parts of her livelihood and me being there for her means a lot to me. And when I look at her, when she decided to pivot into Life Sparks Fitness online, where she do lifestyle classes, health classes online, where she bring together her coaches into this online platform that she's doing. Spending time with her at twelve until twelve midnight at a McDonald's near her home, running through with her what software to use, what is the strategy for the launch of a platform? Gets me really excited. It's the presence of being there like a big sister. Even though I'm younger than her a little bit. Okay, much younger than her. And it gives me that sense of satisfaction. And that to me is success for a person, to a person.

Genecia Alluora: And being this source of friend or source of strength gives me that power and motivation to live, live my everyday. Yeah. And that is why eventually I decided to even start this podcast Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman blueprint. And this is an extension of the main podcast that we are running for women who love the F word and why I make this every day, ten minutes, sometimes 15 minutes, because I want to be here for you. I want to be here with you. But are you willing to allow me and give me the permission to walk with you in your inbox, on your phone, in your years, wherever you go? And that, to me, is success. Having achieved a good result of being in 53 countries, having listeners and downloads and leads from 53 countries, give me the possibility and a glimpse to go to 100 countries to have listeners like yourself around the world, globally. Beyond just what I could ever imagine sitting in my studio, recording this podcast episode.

Genecia Alluora: So success is, to me, as such. Of course, another form of success for me is beyond a person is my own personal success. That I could spend time with my mom, my dad, anytime I want, anywhere in the world, at any point in time, because that is freedom. And freedom is real. Spending time with my brother, my mom, my dad, this is, to me, family blood is still thicker than water. And that, to me, is success. So what else is success to me? So I talk about being having, giving individuals support, being seen and supporting them. Of course, the best way to serve 1 million, 100 million women around the world is by duplicating myself having podcasts like this, online courses that you can attend. Gives me that sense of satisfaction that whatever that I'm doing has reached beyond out of my studio and into the pockets mobile phones and into the hearts and soul of many women out there.

Genecia Alluora: And that, to me, is success. So I'm constantly driving and working hard every single day, batching my content, repurposing my content, creating online courses that you can attend anywhere in the world on your mobile phone, having me with you anywhere in the world. I really admire. What? Tony Robbins, Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Cheryl Sandberg, Tihab Ecker, Robert Kiyosaki, Kim Kiyosaki all these amazing big names have done in their career, inspiring hundreds of millions of people around the world. And that, to me, is the benchmark. I want to get there. So that really helping people, supporting people to transform their life, transform their business, is my success. And I'm very excited, actually, as I'm sharing about this, I'm just pondering and thinking, wow, how it looked like if at 100 million.

How would it look like when we have 100 million women who owns the F word, being fabulous, having freedom and financial independence beyond the shores of Southeast Asia, into Asia and into the world?
