Genecia Alluora: Hello and welcome to today's episode I want to share with you. Are you trying to figure a way out to reach more people or have a bigger impact in the world? Well, the answer for you today will be using your voice. Yes. Do you know that we have helped doctors, female entrepreneurs, stay at home moms? And even just everyday women to turn their voice into a message, to turn their mess into their message. Because really believe when a woman changes her life, her entire community will benefit. So we've launched 715 episodes of podcast in just three months. We are the Netflix of podcast. My goal is to get 1000 women on board, and to Soul Rich Woman to become an instant podcast leader so that she can let her voice shine. So now our world desperately needs what's inside of you. Now is the time to overcome the lies that have been holding you back. All those things that you've been wanting to do. Now it's the time. So then the question is what is a podcast? A podcast is an audio form, an audio format, not a video format that can be played on different platforms or on your website, anywhere, any time by anyone.

Genecia Alluora: I saw the trend in 2019. I've studied this whole podcasting trend for a couple of years now, and I see in Asia it is the rise of where women can rise up as well, using her voice. So I also see that there's a rise in using Google Voice marketing, where, you know, Google can actually search for your podcast, rank your podcast, and even go into what we call the podcast SEO. Okay? It's a voice search that allow people to search for you just using the voice or search for you online because of your podcast. So it's both ways. So I spotted this trend of podcasting and I didn't find many women on on the platform. Yes, it is very active in the US, in America, but in Southeast Asia and Asia, really not many, especially women. So there were three problems that I saw, okay, for women who were not willing to go onto podcasting. And I was doing a survey on this part. And three key things were first, women were afraid to show their faces. Since 2015, I started Soul Rich Woman. I've been asking women to do live streaming. And actually, live streaming is also one of the biggest trends together with podcasting. But a lot of you are so afraid to show your face, be afraid of being criticized, afraid of being judged. But you know what? Hey, at least podcasting you don't have to show your face. All you need to do is just have something to share. And that's by only just using your voice.

Genecia Alluora: You could be anybody and anyone as long as you have a strategic direction like for us, we can coach you on your strategic direction so that you can achieve that clarity and be amazing. Giving high value content away for free on the podcast show like this. Secondly, women think that they have nothing to share. Oh, Genecia, I don't have anything to share. What? You've lived 30 years of your life. 25 years of your life? 45 years of life, 55 years of your life with no experience? Are you sure? Hey, there is no right and wrong to the experience that you want to share because in your opinion, it is truly authentic to who you are as a person from the inside. And that is why it's called Soul Rich Woman. You are truly glowing, and there's so much wisdom on the inside of you that a lot of people are waiting to hear about your experience. You know, there are people waiting for us to help and to be helped. Yes. You know, there's always successful people around. I can hear you say right now, but you know what? There's always somebody in front of us and always somebody behind us. When there's somebody behind us, hey, we can use our experience to guide them, to be the beacon of light, to show them how they can turn it around so that they can be a better version of a different version 2.0.

Genecia Alluora: So when you think you have nothing to share. Think again. Women also think that is too technical. There's so many equipments to buy, there's microphones, there's the audio mixer. Oh, you need to have this and that. Hey, it's not too technical here in Soul Rich Woman. We have helped you and will guide you to take all the technical parts out of the way. So it's only doing 5% of the work and not 95% of the work. So why would you want to own a podcast and why do you really want to have it? Because first and foremost, you don't have to show your face, two you can be a corporate world employee 9 to 5 employee. You're looking to differentiating yourself in the world in online space because, you know, everybody is just posting a code and a video and just sharing from different sources that are not belonging to them, or even though it's belonging to you, you're just looking for alternative ways to reach out to more audience. Here are some of the results of the women that we have helped. Well, we have this stay at home mom, 14 years stay at home mom, who launched her podcast onto 20 platforms in just two days without instant podcast leader program.

Genecia Alluora: In a matter of three months, she's being listened to and downloaded in over nine countries. We have this lady from the Philippines. She is a 9 to 5 employee, but decided to go ahead with a podcast and just with only five episodes. She has been listened and downloaded in nine countries including Japan, Philippines and many more. We have also got a female entrepreneur. She has multiple businesses and she's now downloaded in five countries after three months. All these women has never imagined that it could have the influence, like yourself, that can reach out and support other people out there who might just need to listen to your voice, to your stories, to your inspiration, to your experience. For us, for myself, Soul Rich Woman. I never thought that I could be out there reaching out to listeners like yourself in 48 countries. How amazing is that? So, girl, you need to pull up your big girl panties and stop saying things like, oh, I'm not good enough. Nobody is going to listen. Who's going to care about what I got to share? Well, on the other episode, I talked about how you can attract the people who resonate with you, who will listen to you. And the way to do so is to first find your voice and identify where you're going to stand, so that you will allow people to be resonating with you through truly with your voice and your stories.
