Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode of the Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman blueprint. My name is Genecia Alluora. How are you today? I hope it has been well for you. I want to share with you on today's episode a success. Now, what success is that? Soul Rich Woman? Our podcast has gone into 53 countries. Yay. TADA. That means we have listeners in 53 countries and leads and inquiries people downloading our ebook and getting into our community from 53 countries. Can you believe it? I am so thrilled. Now, the reason is because all along we market and we do Soul Rich Woman on the ground in seven countries because we focus on Southeast Asia but the online world when we go and we use podcasting as a medium, it allowed us to go even further.

Genecia Alluora: So in your marketing, in your business, in your brand transformation, whether you want to be seen as a leader, podcasting is the key. Is the way proven. Okay? I've gone into 53 countries. So I'm so proud and happy to say that I am a podcast host and producer For Women Who Love the F Word Show and is in 53 countries. And this is true and so true. Why podcasting? You know, I have a lot of content, as you know, and I've done so many interviews in my years, as I do my businesses. I have met so many amazing people like Gary Vaynerchuk, Neil Patel, Cheryl Sandberg, so many different people around the world and viewed all of them. And still, in being so inspired to bring to my audience their words and wisdom, and to continue to reach out to bigger people than myself, two levels, three levels, 10 x more than who I am. Because you are the average of the five people that you hang out with the most.

Genecia Alluora: And I am the average of the five people I hang out with the most. And because of that, I am always seeking and looking for people to interview, and not just anyone. Like I said, people bigger than me. It's tough, it's difficult, it's challenging to look for all these people. Why would they notice me? Why would they even speak to me? And that is why we use the power of leverage. Meaning to say, when you stand on a certain platform, you are seen in as an expert. Like when I work with Success Resources in 2017, I was standing on the same stage as Mary Buffett. I was a speaker in the Philippines with Mary Buffett. And that to me, is the power, right? So many people. And also Mary Buffett was there. And that was how I got to interview her, because I asked was I afraid when I asked yes, of course I was afraid that she would say no. But what's the worst thing that can happen? Say no, then say no.

Genecia Alluora: So what right means to say never be afraid to dream big. Never be afraid to face rejections because it is only through overcoming the fear of looking stupid. That they are thinking that you're too small. They think that you're no good, will only hold you back. I remember one of my mentees, one of the ladies whom I've been mentoring. She asked me what is the one or three advice I would give to my younger self? I told myself I told her, I said I will tell myself to find a mentor earlier. Don't wait. Number two really don't do business with friends. Really have a black and white. It doesn't mean that friends you can do business together even though you're best friends, right? There must be a certain legal part in it because of my experience with a phil business partnership. And last but not least is to stop doubting myself.

Genecia Alluora: Yeah, that's right. Because of me doubting myself again, the self doubt, the self doubt, the self doubt has caused me to go ten steps back, three steps forward and ten steps back. And then I spent a lot of time thinking and thinking and thinking, wasting so much energy thinking and thinking and thinking, healing and healing and healing. But in actual fact, I can just step forward and just go and do whatever I want to do. I have all the freedom in our world, in the world. The jail that is in our mind is so scary. We hold ourselves back. We think that it's not possible. But the only thing that is holding us back, holding me back, is myself. So now we are in 53 countries. I hold myself back. I thought I could only be in seven because that was the way I know how. Because the way I run my Cafe retail chain in three countries and in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.

Genecia Alluora: And we had 18 franchisees and licensees. And after four years, we exited to the public listed company owner. And that, to me, was the way I should run Soul Rich Woman. I never thought before with podcasting I would go to 53 countries that I am now officially the podcast host and producer and we have thousands of downloads every single month. Wow. Never before. Never before. Dream big, my friend. Don't let yourself doubt hold you back. I have been doing Soul Rich Woman since 2015. Of course, a little bit before that I already started, but it was called another name called you are Possible Academy and then I rebranded into Soul Rich Woman. It's such an amazing journey, my friend, that only when we stop thinking, we quit thinking, we quit self doubt and we go all out to pursue our dreams, then it's when we can truly achieve it with a mentor, of course, with a community who got your back.
