Today I have someone who is here who would like to share with you how she overcame a very interesting journey of launching two seasons of podcast with Soul Rich Woman's Proven Process, which is the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint podcast edition of the Proven Process. And her name is Jeanette Aisha Quack. Her results were super outstanding. She was a 25 years regional leader in an MNC, quit her job few months ago and then decided to invest in herself to make her life different in order to be seen as a leader online. And you will learn how she keep getting leads and inquiries, how she transformed her family to work with her and not against her, and how she continued to build her financial independence in the online world. Hi, it's Janet Aisyah and in this bonus episode, I would like to share with you my success in launching the podcast season 2. Launching the podcast season 2 impacted my life instantly in 2020. I truly agree that a podcast is not only about building online presence, but most importantly, online credibility and recognition by showing up consistently. I have been headhunted more than ten times directly from companies and recruiters in three months from Asia Pacific, US and Europe. 1.7s Even in this COVID-19 situation, I realized that my message has impacted more people than I ever thought it could. Now with listeners and followers in nine countries.

Janet Aisyah Quek: In just three months after awarded Platinum Instant Podcast Leader I have garnered more than 100 likes on social media in one post and some friends commented that now am like a queen and have drawn information attention to new connections who are keen to know what I am doing and how podcasts can help them. My husband has also showed more support by helping me with the technical staff whenever I need to prepare for my podcast recording and help to ensure that children are cooperative so that I can do my recording at home. My children now are used to me doing my work as podcast host though knowing that I have left my corporate job. Initially my youngest son told me that doing podcast is not working but I have to explain to him that how this will help me in my business to bring my business online and also help me in seeing as a leader online. Eventually do have C suite who connected with me even after three years who have not been in touch and he signed up a clarity call.

Janet Aisyah Quek: Another friend also signed up instantly podcast program after seeing me consistently on social media as a podcast host. I was given opportunity to share on National Achiever Congress Virtual Global Platform with my mentor Genecia and my podcast coach Joanne Lee. I have done more than 14 times Facebook Live in two months. This was not possible if I had not started my Instant Podcast Leader show on women leadership. It has helped me set a routine. Though I am not working and I have to do this recording from home. I get to learn about setting my mental state of mind and getting myself into the momentum to do my podcast recording that is where I was able to complete my two years of podcast content in less than three months. As I keep the momentum to complete the season two, I am able to think on the spot whatever topic that came to my mind. And also the content is free flow. And because I have the proven structure, system and process that I have followed through from season one to season two, this is possible that I'm able to do it.

Janet Aisyah Quek: When I got to start the podcast season two, I was not sure if this is something I want to continue or just wait to see what results I have after launching season two over a year before embarking on my season two. Since I'm taking a career break now, so I decided to prepare myself by continuing before I get busy once I get a new job or to do my business online, which is working in progress. I realized that time flies so fast and it has been nine months since I quit my last job. So I decided to use this time to continue season two so that I will have two years ahead of content. By now I have already taken a career break for almost nine months as I mentioned, and I saw how my season one has helped me to get leads, inquiries and my first two C suite clients. I do not have any income since August 2019 as I left my corporate job to care for my late mom before she passed on late November 2019.

Janet Aisyah Quek: I would be spending on my savings which meant to last longer should I not able to get a suit job. And I had to cut down on other expenses during this time to continue to invest in myself and prepare myself. And then I thought that I really want to achieve my dream since I have been in corporate for more than 25 years, I want to achieve my dream as to be an online entrepreneur and also and that is where I decide to continue to invest in myself even though I'm not working. So it was actually a money issue in the beginning but when I realized that I can actually earn more the moment I have built my reputation online by showing up and having my voice heard, people will come to know who I am and what I stand for. People will start to support me, to trust me just like hithunters to have approached me instead of me going to them more people will come to get to know me and my brand once I build my business online.

Janet Aisyah Quek: At first my husband was worried that I'm not earning but I continue to spend during such a short period of time with my podcast whole show before I can even see any income coming in. But I told him that this is part of my branding and for future business that I'm going to build on. So since I'm available now, it will be the best time to do the preparation. Otherwise, there is never a good time. Best is because I have the choice to do it now and the time. And with my husband's support, I can have a breakthrough. And it also has influenced him to see things differently about the power of online presence after I completed season two episode in 48 hours, especially during this lockdown period during COVID-19 in, he saw that I have became more confident even though I am not working in a job. But I continue to show that I have the discipline and habits to get my recording done despite I could just sit on it delay since I would have a lot of time on hand as I'm not working in the corporate.

Janet Aisyah Quek: I don't know how I can continue recording when there was a circuit breaker announcement in Singapore that I'm no longer able to do that at the head office. I was so used to do at the head office my recording physically being there for my season one and the initial episode of season two. Genecia and Joanne explained to me that they will support and guide me to do it online. Just need to follow what they need me to do. Having the whole Soul Rich Woman team put me at ease knowing that I just have to focus on my script and they do the rest. I just need to continue my posting and recording on a daily basis without any worry about the technical part that I am more at ease now. As I'm not sure if I have enough topics to share in season two. My mentors Genecia spent time with me to draw out my experience and content and guided me to position myself with the topics I could share.

Janet Aisyah Quek: That continued to give me some ideas and topics in my list for season two as I am also building my business online as a podcast coach and given opportunities to do Facebook Live and conduct virtual events. I have also more content to share on my experience and learnings, which are very fresh on my mind. Another issue I had was time even though I'm not working at the moment, but I have to juggle when my helper had to go back to Manila to attend to her family due to emergency matter. So I had to attend to my children household and cooking during that period of time when I was embarking on season two. However, I continue to do my podcast recording despite that because I believe in the importance of doing it now and the urgency of doing it rather than later. So I managed to make some arrangements, look for resources and continue to keep the momentum. It is a relief for me that I have my content ready and I can continue to focus on the next step in building my business and attending to leads and inquiries that keep coming in.

Janet Aisyah Quek: On top of all those issues, I have fears on the outcome if I will be repeating myself in some of the topics. Will listeners get bought on what I share? How will people respond? But because it has been my dream to reach out to my 1st 10,000 audience in three years, so I need to continue to build my content and keep me going. I also understand that as I had more episodes that is on different platform, my voice is easily searchable on internet. Podcast is a marketing vehicle that can be used and again and again for life and it is also a legacy that I can leave for my children and grandchildren. I was also feeling anxious about what I am going to share if listeners will connect with me. Despite I have launched season two, I still went ahead as I realized I have so much content to offer and empower women who can achieve success like myself. Understanding that my intention is to share and inspire and not to criticize or destroy other people's lives gave me the courage to continue despite the hard work for me to continue my season two podcast recording.

Janet Aisyah Quek: Recording the episode also requires a lot of time and effort. Especially it is in Ramadan when I cannot eat and drink from sunrise to sunset. I do get tired at times where there are distractions from my family members or external environment that I had to record again for some of the episodes, which is not within my control. So I also had to manage that with the support of my team members by explaining to them and telling them that I need this time to finish my recording. Otherwise it's not productive for me and I'm not able to spend time with them to do the activities that they like me to do. There were also few tasks that I had to set aside every day just to give priority to my podcast recording to complete it in 48 hours. Now I see this to be my big lesson in life. If you want to succeed in anything, you have to stay focused, remind yourself why you first started, make it happen and you have to set it as your number one priority.

Janet Aisyah Quek: I have been getting attention on some responses that they see me as expert in podcast, leader online, in social media and even refer someone to me, to learn from me and to get to know how to do this podcast show. Having launched season two, I am also anxious about what will happen next. Somehow I'm looking forward to launch season three with new level of perspectives and new learning in the next phase by going back to understanding my intentions and remind myself why I started that this will be about doing something positive for me and for others. By knowing that I have a strong team of Soul Rich Woman to support me, my worries are tamed and controlled. So having your family and friends to support you in what you are doing and giving you the understanding of the journey you wish to embark on is already a great encouragement. Not to mention that having the Soul Rich Woman Team is your rocket launcher.

So it has been a great support.
