Genecia Alluora: Hello, and welcome to Soul Why, Secrets of The Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Good to have you here with me today. And are you an introvert? Well, this is a tough question, isn't it? Sometimes we say yes, sometimes we say know. But how do you know whether you are an introvert or not? Well, if you're an in, you are an introvert. Once you have your free time, what do you do with your free time? When you have free time, what do you do during your free time? So my business partner loves to go out okay loves to go out and meet people, chat up with people because that really shows that he is an extrovert because during free time, he just wants to go out for myself after a day of work, whenever I have free time, I like to stay at home. I like to do my own things and be with myself. Whether is it go for long walks, keeping myself sane, kind of detox myself, kind of go through this rituals that I do for myself in order to keep my cup overflowing to continue to give to the women within the community.

Genecia Alluora: So for me, I'm an introvert know it sounds like cannot believe it. Right? That's what a lot of you tell me. I cannot believe that you're an introvert, Genecia. But the fact is I am an introvert. I love to spend time with myself. And I want to encourage you today an introvert sitting there, standing, walking, whatever. You're listening to me right now. I want to tell you that you have the permission to shine as an introvert. And the next sentence will be usually oh, I don't know what to do. So I want to encourage you that you can be brave to shine. So let me share with you a story about this introvert mumpreneur who is a 14 year stay at home mom for the longest time with three teenagers, 17 and 18 years old. She has three kids, teenagers, and she's a 14 year stay at home mom. She's also a professional makeup artist and then she recently joined Soul Rich Woman and she's an introvert. She don't like to go on to FB Live. That means doing live streaming. She hates showing up on camera and she tried to do YouTube for three episodes, which took her three days to film one episode, three to 4 hours to edit one episode. And by the time she finished all that technical things about doing videos and all, she was really very tired.

Genecia Alluora: And of course she gave up because not knowing there's a path, not knowing that there's another way to do it for introverts who don't really want to show their face and prefer to keep a certain profile or present themselves in a way that it's come comfortable for them and yet being authentic in the online way. So this 14 year stay at home mom came to me, and of course, I structured her business using the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, and she's an introvert. Don't want to show face. So I'm like, okay, ticking off my list. Like, okay, this is introvert stay at home mom. Okay? And then, yes, you have three kids. Okay? And then so I'm like a doctor. Dr. Alluora, can I be a doctor someday? Me? I would love to have that. Okay, so, yes, 14 years stay at home mom is an introvert, so I introduced her to get started during my mentorship. I coach her to have her own business, so she also sells beauty products, and she also does makeup. And then I introduced her to the world of podcasting and got her started on podcasting, which was really difficult because she has a lot of concern.

Genecia Alluora: She says, I'm a 14 year stay at home mom, so imagine I'm sitting like a doctor, right, holding the checklist of checklist of limiting beliefs. Okay. That blocks anyone's success, all right? And there she goes, rattling off, and I'm ticking it off. She says, I got nothing to say. And then I checked my box. And then she said, don't know what to say because I'm a 14 years there, and I'm an introvert. I take my second box. I have no experience at all. I take my third box. Box. I am lousy because I'm in a five figure debt. I tick my checkbox. And then she continued, and I was just, like, ticking off my checkbox, okay? Because after so many years, right, I have this whole list of limiting beliefs that every single person who is an introvert or a client of mine will tell me. So this is like this checklist thing that's happening. So then and then I'm like, no, Joanne, I said, you need to step up your game, okay? Why don't you try this one episode? Then here comes the next thing. I don't have a radio DJ voice, and how am I supposed to know what to say and so many things to say?

Genecia Alluora: Who will listen to my podcast? Who will download my podcast? And how will they know about my podcast? So these all are limiting beliefs, right? Anyway, I fast track, move forward first. I show you her result first. In just six months alone. She's already in twelve countries. She has listeners, followers, fans in twelve countries because of podcast. An introvert like her stay at home mom, don't know what to say, no experience, have kind of like home based kind of business, like doing professional makeup and selling some beauty products. She said that, who will listen, who actually download, but lo and behold, with the Soul Rich Woman blueprint and with my strategy and my gifted hands and brains involved, she's now in twelve countries. And you know what? She was so happy that today she's truly proud of her achievement and fast forward, going on to season two, recording her season two and receiving the award platinum Instant Podcast Leader. Why? Because as an introvert, she chose first to step out of her comfort zone into the action zone, to shine bright like a diamond, and because of that, giving you the permission to shine.
