Genecia Alluora: Hello. Welcome to Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. How do you do today? Good. Sending good vibes to you today. Okay, today I want to talk about this topic, which is how do you decide what kind of fishes do you have within your community, your tribe, your email list, the people whom you want to attract? You hear me often talk about you are the average of the five people you hang out with the most, and who do you choose to hang out with? And if you were to build a tribe, are they vibrating at the level that you want, or are you kind of bringing in the people that you want in order to build a culture, to build a family where it's what you define it to be? So why am I talking about this topic today? Because many women, when they build tribes and community, they get very frustrated when they hear a lot of there are things that's happening, and they find that they're attracting the wrong people.

Genecia Alluora: Like, for example, people whom don't respect your own time and others time. They are in victim mindset. They are naysayers. They are dream slayers. They are women who are into victim words. They are gossipers. So when we decide first who we want to attract, yes, it may look at the beginning. So hard to find these people, so difficult to find these potential customers. So very, very hard to do this, because we are closing up the gentry. We are putting barricades. We are putting so many things up now. Delete. Do you smell popcorn? See, it like you're building your own pond, a swimming pool, a playground that is this beautiful fairy land, beautiful place with very nice swimming pool, poolside lounges with the tents and very nice buffet lineout. And who do you invite to a party? Who do you want to invite to the party that you're organizing? So it's all about who do you want to invite into your community, into your tribe, into your swimming pool, your party, literally.

Genecia Alluora: So take a pen and a paper or visualize this one side of the column. In fact, the left side, the headline will say is our fishes equals the community, our tribe. Okay? And then on the left side, you put I want. On the right column, you have two columns. One left side is I want. Right side is don't want. And on the left side, I want you to put down all the criteria that you want your fishes to look like or behave. And on the right that the column of don't want. I want you to write down all the types of fishes that you don't want. For example, for Soul Rich Woman we want women who want the F word. So on the left column, let me give you three women who want the F word. Play. Win win. Together we win. Ask clarifying questions. On the right side whom we don't want are women who are into victim words, naysayers and dream slayers. No action talk only. That means they are complainers. They don't really take action. They just show like as though they are taking actions but they don't really take real true actions. Just on what Tony Robbins said, have you done everything, everything in your power to make your dreams happen?

Genecia Alluora: And you're like, no, I only tried ten ways. And Tony Robbins will look at you like raising his eyebrows. What does it mean to do everything in your power? Give me a nod right now. Your heat. Okay, so by doing this exercise allows you to decide how you're going to word your social media post, how you're writing your sales page, your landing pages, your offers. Are you solving one problem immediately? How are you connecting with these fishes in the online space and bringing your leadership online to build that connection right at the first instant? So it serves as a filter system to filter out the unwanted fishes to keep those that you want and you desire. Like I said, there's no right or wrong in this process. It's just a way for you to decide who you want to build. And of course, there are some women who ah, Genecia. Beggars cannot be choosers. This is not true. Why do you have this mindset? This is victim mindset. This is a mindset that needs to be restructured. Okay? Beggars cannot be choosers. Hey means what? Delete. All right. Restructure this mindset by telling yourself, I am able to receive all that is well.

Genecia Alluora: I'm able to receive all the income I deserve. My income is constantly increasing. I am able to have a team and community who supports me. Right? So that's how you build a community. You build your customer base, your tribe, your email list by first deciding who do you want to catch and put them into your pond. Okay? All right.
