Genecia Alluora: Hi, welcome to Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today I want to talk about freedom entrepreneur. Being a soul rich woman traveling around the world, staying and living in different cities, hashtag live like a local and helping me being because doing online bring my business online. I also enjoy freedom. What is your F word? Right. Always talk about for women who love the F word. Which is your favorite F word? Mine's freedom. Okay. So I talk about how you can do it as well. In the previous episode, I told you some of the things that I did in order to become a freedom entrepreneur. And now I want to share with you exactly some of the things that you need to be aware of off very distinct and that you must be willing to do it and then be able to look at it from a different perspective.

Genecia Alluora: All I'm asking for you is to seriously consider my suggestions, won't you? That's right. So consider my suggestions carefully now. That when you want to become a Freedom Entrepreneur, you must first recognize what stage of business are you at? Whether you're a newbie. You are a female entrepreneur. Solopreneur, you are nine to five employee because Freedom Entrepreneur means that you are ready to quit your job, right? You are ready traveling. You're working from home, which already now, because of COVID-19, depending on the season, you're tuning to this episode. Okay? If you're doing a COVID-19, you hear this episode. Well, yeah, everyone is working from home. But before COVID-19 happens, someone who needs to who can work from home usually are people, entrepreneurs, stay at home moms and mompreneurs as well as female entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, not really, nine to five employees who are still working in their nine to five jobs, but definitely for nine to five employees who are transitioning to entrepreneurship, then, yes, most likely you will work from home.

Genecia Alluora: So the first thing is to see what stage that you are at, right? Then you need to plan. You need to chat out with your mentor, chat out with your mentor and recognize all the shiny object syndromes that is around you right now. We tend to have shiny object syndromes. We are a chorus collector or chorus junkie. We just go program after program after program or certifications after certifications after certifications. And that's when you're going to lose time. You will lose your time and energy and resources. So maybe you already have $100,000 in your bank ready to become a Soul Rich Woman Freedom Entrepreneur. You value the F word freedom. And then you went around going, buying this course, buying that course, buying that this, and doing funny things. Not aware I'm not saying you purposely do it. Sometimes you're not even aware that you're doing it. And then you did it anyway. And you lose money. You lose that ability to invest in the right place at the right time to propel and 10 X your financial independence.

Genecia Alluora: So it's important to take note of the Shiny object Syndromes that you have. Everybody has it, even for me. Even for myself. I share with you another story. Recently, this NLP trainer who has trained me more than ten years ago and he asked me whether I want to take up Master Practitioner in NLP and I was like wow, really? I would love to do know, especially now this season, he lowered his price because he's doing online learning and online certifications and plus know by the time when COVID finishes and know, we will do classroom assessments. And I just felt very excited because to me it's like, okay, online is easy for me. I can just learn and just do it, right? And then my Shiny object syndrome police came and caught me. I said Genecia, do you need another certificate to prove that you are good? And I was like, twiddling my thumbs and playing with my index finger. What is the purpose of getting another certification? Is it more for self actualization, or is it really going to bring me one step closer to my goals and to my dreams?

Genecia Alluora: What is the next step that we need to do? And then I asked myself and say, no, actually, this certification don't really at this moment, don't really add value or add any much things to the things that I'm doing. It is just more of a self actualization. So I answer my own question, right? It is more of a self actualization, not so much of I need this cert to do business. Get it? There is a difference. I don't need this certification to give me more freedom. That's my world. In my world, I need this certification when the first thought of jumping on this shiny object syndrome, when the police caught me, my own police caught me, and I said, why are you doing this? It's because I wanted to feel more self actualization. Okay? In the Maslow hierarchy of needs, go Google it if you don't know what is it. Well, I'm at the top, so self actualization. And I'm like, no, it's not supposed to be that, right? So I stopped myself because I'm aware, and it's good to be aware.

Genecia Alluora: So the first thing is to know what stage you're at. Two is to realize to recognize your shiny object syndrome syndromes by having your police ready to catch you. All right? The third one that is to be ready is to get ready for a minimalist approach when you do your online, bring your business online or bring your leadership online while you travel. Of course, some of you travel in style, but I would just be openly asking you to be able to open to receive my suggestions. Seriously, right? So, yes. So take a little bit of the minimalist approach. You don't really need a lot of gadgets and a lot of things to really become a freedom. 1.3s An entrepreneur or soul rich woman who values freedom. Then when you go to the next step, which is to look into how and where you want to travel and 1.1s what is the strategy behind all those travels, right? Are you already making recurring income? Therefore you can travel? Are you traveling out of your own bank account? That means your savings, so you need to be very careful as well of the numbers. It's not just, oh, freedom means I can travel, spend my money until $0 and then go into credit card debt because of I want to go for freedom.

Genecia Alluora: No, this is not what I'm advocating, okay? What I'm advocating is that you value freedom. You have a budget set aside to do this and therefore having a strategy to travel, see the world, and yet work from a laptop with a minimum 20 Mbps internet anywhere in the world, and yet be able to inspire, empower, make money online, and be the best version that you can be of yourself.
