Genecia Alluora: Hello, Soul Rich Woman. Welcome to Soul Why? Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today I want to talk about how are you getting your customers online? How can you keep getting customers online? And one strategic shift that you need to make this year in order to key getting clients and customers online. Would you like to know that? If you like to know that, just nod your heat as you're listening to me talk. Okay. That's right. And cheers. Okay. For those of you who don't drink, it's okay. Just cheers together. All right. So this is something that feel very strongly for. I find that people are not putting themselves out there enough. They're just relying on a website and just hoping that website can get themselves can get them clients. I want to tell you this, no longer is website that important. It is good. Like a brochure, like a flyer. 1s Where there's lots of information on it.

Genecia Alluora: But like I said, a website with everything equals to nothing. So you need to be slightly strategic about spreading your net as we are catching fishes in the online world, you need to cast out your net to the online world. And the way to cast out the net to the online world is to understand this concept that I always talk about. It's called called I see. I like, I buy. Okay? I see. I like, I buy. So being and having this I see, I Like, I buy. Which means you allow the customers at any point in time, at any place, anywhere, anytime, allowing them to make their purchase. A lot of times after I do Soul Rich Woman and we have the membership at $12 a month and $99 a year, the purchasing of these programs or these digital products or membership subscription, or even for our ecommerce arm that sells mask and hand sanitizers, they don't happen just anytime.

Genecia Alluora: They happen at the time, what we call the magical hours. Okay? The magical time, usually it's after dinner, at least after 7 or 8pm. Then the purchasing will start or after sleeping hours, like after 10:00. And the hottest period is between 1am to 3am. Somehow people love to buy at different times and it's what we call the magic hours. And you can't be awake trying to serve the customer online and saying, do you want to buy this now? Do you want to buy this now? Right? And you can't be up there posting stuff at that hour directing them to your website. And that is why when I say casting your net outwards, you need to put out your links or what we call your net out on social media, on all the platforms possible. If it's on Instagram, if you go to my Instagram, you will see that I use a strategy where I put into stories, I put into my highlights, I do my IGTV.

Genecia Alluora: All these are nets out there showing value building, connection building, no like trust score. And by having that allows your fishes and potential customers to do the no to I see, I like, I buy at any time. Anytime at all. So it is important to put your net out there, cast it wide. Okay? Having a base home ground like a website is great, but if you're not casting your net wide enough to capture an audience, I would say you will be in big trouble because you will miss the magical hours that fishes just love to see and and buy at any time. So just like when you're surfing online, you are looking through at products and services, there is no fixed time. There is just a time where you just feel like it, you just do it. When you see it, you like it, you will buy it. Customers love to buy, but they hate to be sold too. And that is why the power of casting the net out there is so important, especially in the online world. If you want to keep getting clients online, girl, it's time to pull up your big girl panties, pull up your socks and get your thing out there.

Genecia Alluora: So what are the things that you can use to cast out in terms of the net? Like, I share with you a podcast, I share with you your webinars, your blogs, your FB live or whatever vehicles you may be using. So I'm not saying it's an actual one thing, but by doing this, multiple ways of casting your nets allow you to allow your customers, giving them permission to buy it at any moment in time and make it simple. Make it easy for them to make the purchase. Don't ask them to call you, email you. Make it easy and make it simple. Because simple is beautiful, simple is great. And simple is such an amazing way to keep getting clients online this year. Okay? So go cast your net right now. Go look at your business or the business you're about to start. Whether you're a nine to five employee, you're a stay at home mom, you're a female entrepreneur, a solopreneur. Well, I'm talking to you.
