My Personal Struggle With Self-Doubt

Genecia Alluora: Hello. Welcome to Soul Rich Woman, Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint Soul Why? And my name is Genecia Alluora. Good to have you today. On today's episode, I want to talk a little bit about my personal struggle with self doubt. Self doubt is a huge monster for me over my years of growing up. And even though I've done a lot of inner healing and curing myself literally with different programs and techniques and ways like I've always shared with you, life is like a box of tissue paper. When you heal one thing, another thing resurfaces. And I got to met this amazing lady who runs Money and You in Malaysia. Her name is Dame Wendy Tan, D-A-M-E. Wendy, W-E-N-D-Y Tan, T-A-N. So when I met her in person, when I went back to revise, kind of like go back for my refresher course in Money and You in Malaysia, I got to sit down with her and interview her. And I was so blessed because at her age she's 65 and she even shared with me her journey about healing her own. I will not say in the area of self doubt, but in other areas of her life where she keeps clearing things that keeps coming up.

Genecia Alluora: And that she's conscious and aware of. And that inspired me because for her who has done. She has done millions, multi millions in dollars in Malaysia. And she's one of the largest, what we call fire. The company deals with fire kind of fireproofing for doors and materials. She's one of the largest in Malaysia, if not Top 3. And I'm so impressed. And she's the head of the company. I'm so excited when I was interviewing her, I'm just like, wow. Every word that she says is like, word, literally, exclamation mark. And I just felt so blessed when I hear that even at her age, at the point where she is at multimillionaire, running a huge company, Top 3 in Malaysia. And I'm like, Wow! I want to be just like her. And it made me look at my personal struggles of self doubt. And it's not easy for me to come out and say that. Even as a successful entrepreneur, we occasionally still faces our big, hairy, giant monsters.

Genecia Alluora: So it's not to make anyone feel better, but really, this is a journey that nobody really want to talk about. And I would love to address this. So even though I may known, speaking on the global stage with Jay Abraham, Kim Kiyosaki, Gary Vaynerchuk, and you know, being seen with these big giants great, but I still face my personal struggles because I ask myself, am I good enough? Am I adequate? Can I speak really good English, like the American style that way? Or do I have to be who I am? So I go through a lot of these, and it's tough because I fight with the monsters and thank God that I know how to kind of say thank you to these noises and voices and kind of treat it. Treat it for a while. Kind of like give it some medicine, antibiotics, to kind of get it away for a while. And, of course, another method that I use to get rid of these things is to say what I want to say, and I do it with my mentor. That means I had a coaching and mentoring session with my own mentors, and I sit down with them, and then I say what I want to say that's in my mind with no filter.

Genecia Alluora: And by doing this exercise allows me to speak the truth. And by doing and speaking the truth, allows me to face the monsters up front and confront them without going, hiding, and trying to pretend that they are not there. And that's how I break through them, every single one of them. I'm not good enough. Are you sure that I can do this? I'm not as a multi Multimillionaire like J. Abraham and TF. Ecker, I'm still dreaming and wishing that we are reaching and supporting 1 million women. They're already at Tony Robbins level. Hundred million, thousands of millions, billions. They're already there. I'm not. I'm a nobody. Can you see how my conversations are? I'm comparing. And all these monsters are real. And how did I stop all these monsters? Like I shared with you, I talked to my mentors, be open with them about how exactly I feel. And of course, you must establish that. Like I said, you must establish a good relationship rapport with your mentors, that it's a safe place, safe heaven, for you to say what you want to say directly from your heart. Because only then, when the coast is clear, when the thing is out of the bag, the negative stuff is out of the bag, that's when you can look at it like, bring the darkness to light.

Genecia Alluora: Bring the darkness into the bright light and examine this darkness in the light. And darkness will dissipate. Darkness will disappear. So my struggles with self doubt has been a real struggle. It's real. And even up till today, as I'm recording this, it is real. And it is through being honest with myself, being vulnerable with my community, with my tribe, like yourself, being real and vulnerable with my mentor that only he can have a clear path on how to direct my path, how to direct my mind and guide me through these obstacles. Big, hairy, dark ass monsters. And then breaking through them to move to the next level. So are you experiencing some form of self doubt? Well, I will say there is still hope. Because even for people like us, we do have doubts as well in our minds. However, it's just that we have solutions to get from point A to point B a lot faster.
