Genecia Alluora: Hello, and welcome to Soul Why, Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Thank you for joining me today. Today, I want to share on this topic how we help a nine to five employee who was a MNC APEC Regional Leader in HR position to be seen as a leader within 3 months. And the results are first being hit hunted more than ten times with no pay cut. That means equal salary, if not higher or better pay packages more than ten times even in COVID-19 season. She was also having customers and inquiries from people who had never contacted her after she left the company because she has no title, she was no longer a regional leader. She was a nobody after she left the company, we helped her to be seen as a leader online, and all the former colleagues, ex bosses contacted her and wanted to know exactly what she was doing in the online space.

Genecia Alluora: Plus, she was able to kind of build up her momentum and gain back her confidence. Well, that's very important, isn't it? After having suffered a very terrible time resigning from a job, not having any income at this moment in time, how did she continue to thrive even in a time like this? She was in the corporate world for 25 years, okay? And transiting to an entrepreneur is really not easy. So I'm happy to report her result within 3 months, we can get her there as a nine to five employee. So first and foremost, the question is, what do we do in our Soul Rich Woman Blueprint? Well, as you know, we look at her being a woman of influence, how she was leveraging jing on her influence in the online world. Right. And we use podcast as a tool. Podcasting was a vehicle that we used to help Janet Aisyah Quek to really look into how to get seen as a leader online.

Genecia Alluora: So I'm really very proud of her today. So when she started and embarked on this journey, she wasn't sure because she wanted to do a business, but not sure what she wanted to do. And she didn't even have anything at all. Just like you, she don't have anything. She just a bit clueless and okay, she's transitioning now. Not sure what she needs to do. Maybe just need to go back to the workforce, wait for jobs, or just send resumes in and find another job. But she decided to invest in herself. So she started by attending our two day Blueprint workshop when it was still offline, and then later on progressed to the next stage where she took up the podcasting to be an instant podcast leader. And we got her to find her voice and her story. So why podcasting was so amazing for her? She shared with me that first thing, she was seen as different and a leader online because for her position as a transition leader, transitioning out of corporate into the world, she was a nobody. So she was being seen as somebody even though she is no longer a title, a regional leader title in an MNC.

Genecia Alluora: So she was being seen as a leader. And she had hit hunters who call her instead of her applying to these people and sending them the resumes, she didn't even do that at all. And podcasting gave her the leverage because people could listen to her, hear her story, get to know what she's doing. And she just seen as different. She's just being seen as different because not many women in Southeast Asia and in Asia are doing podcasting. And because she's a forerunner, she's a trendsetter, she wants to be seen as a leader. She decided to come on board Soul Rich Woman, which is one of our arms, which is a Netflix of podcast leveraging and helping women to be seen and heard faster. Because alone you are strong, together, we are unstoppable. And last but not least, she also told me that she realized that podcasting is a marketing vehicle that can be used again and again and again for life.

Genecia Alluora: It many times as compared to a one time marketing fee that she has to pay to a marketing company to market her and not sure and no guaranteed results. So this is the key things that she realized and she did. So what actually and exactly did she do? We get her onboard our process of three things that I always talk about. First, we got her to do batching of her content. So she has one year worth of content that she has never got to worry after she has completed them. And we could do that within 48 hours, even up to a month, and we can launch a podcast in that time frame. Okay. And usually it takes about between 6.5 hours to 8 hours, average for a 30 minutes podcast. It takes about six to 8 hours to edit, perfect it, and then create social media quotes, transcribe everything before even getting it out to the online world. And we save her time by really not letting her touch any of those things. And she only need to do actually one thing, which was just record her content.

Genecia Alluora: And she has a podcast coach with her to guide her every single step of the way so she was never left alone. So that there's no risk absolutely to fall back and say, I don't do it anymore, I can't do it. I got no content. I don't know what to say. What if there's no tomorrow? I have kids tuition, I've got home based learning, I've got so many things I need to do. Because she has a podcast coach with her, she navigated through recording a podcast easily and quickly with no hurdles. And we gave her a proven template and process that can guide her through that journey. And that was why in three months. She was able to get the results that she desired, that she wanted, because she trusted the process, she did the homework and she followed exactly, step by step. So, in conclusion, the three things that you can do to be seen as a leader online, just like Janet being seen now as a Platinum Instant Podcast Leader. Recording her second season and moving on to the third season, she's planned out her content that allow her to do more with less, allow her to have more freedom to do online networking, to get hithunted, to get noticed that she's different and therefore be able to make a difference.

Genecia Alluora: If this is what you desire and this is what you want, then there are three things that you must do today. First thing, you need to work on the platform, the vehicle that you want to be seen as a leader in. Remember, if you built ten houses on different platforms, on social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, blah, blah, blah, every single platform you're on. But no house is maintained, no house is different. No house is cozy like a home. Then you are doomed to fail. That is why choosing one vehicle is key to start at the beginning. When I interviewed Neil Patel, when I spoke with him in Hanoi, Vietnam, back in 2018, and we spoke on the same stage, in fact, we are both speakers at the same conference. And then I had the opportunity to talk to him and he shared with me, I said, Nell, how did you how did you translate so much content outwards into your social? And he said the word batching. And you can just start with one, one area that you find it easiest to start, whether it's a blogging, webinars, whatever the case may be, choose one and start.

Genecia Alluora: So I would encourage you to choose one and start. Number two is, of course, batching, putting your content in one go so that you can really complete it and relax later. Because when you do batching, it helps you to save a lot more time. Last but not least, consistency with action. Real precise action, without going round and round in circles. Remember, it's not about thinking that it's progressing or progress. Then that means it's good. No, it's not like that, really. It's precise, exact actions that gets you to the direction that you want. Just like what Janet did. It was because she was consistent on her LinkedIn, on her Facebook, she was able to be seen as a leader. And that is why she was different. And that was why she was consistently hithunted with better pay, higher pay, even in COVID-19 situation. And depending on the season you're listening to this episode, it may appeal to you differently, but I will say, during this crisis critical period, she's being hithunted while others are getting pay cut, losing their jobs and not getting the outcome that they desire.
