Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to today's episode Soul Why, Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman blueprint? I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today I want to talk about sustainable business model in the one of the episode I mentioned about building a tribe, your list, your traffic. But today I want to talk about how eventually it can lead on to a sustainable business model. Because building a tribe is important. Yes, it's important. Absolutely important. Building this whole community thing is important. But then whether I use sustainable or are you just waiting for people to give you money, which one do you want to be to build a sustainable business model that is self sufficient and you can you can make decisions, you can do whatever you want or you want to just wait. So what is the real purpose of you building a tribe and community for yourself if you are just doing it for fun as a hobby. Okay, then don't call it a business. Okay. But if you really want to take this like a business, listen to me. This is serious.

Genecia Alluora: Build a sustainable business model, especially if you have a tribe, is to really focus like seed traffic and building up your list, which means you need to continuously to do marketing. You need to continuously show up and be visible. And podcasting or livestreaming are just some of the strategies of blogging are just some of the strategies that you can get yourself visible. And of course, I will advocate now pushing more on the podcasting piece because really it can help someone to go beyond just the shores of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, beyond that, to create new connections, forge new relationships with people like yourself and forging a new relationship with you at this very moment as you're listening in. Because it allows me to go beyond the shores of the platforms. I can go beyond that to go into at this moment where I'm recording this episode. We are already in 14 countries within 30 days of launching this podcast.

Genecia Alluora: So what difference does it make versus you're just posting singular content that has no eyeballs. So it's always about traffic, traffic, traffic. So sustainable business model comes with of course, first marketing, you need to build traffic, which I've discussed in the previous episode. In this episode I'm talking about how are you going to bring in the money? Come on, girl, Where's the money? Show me the money. Oh, you know, I do not want to address any limiting beliefs at this moment, Although I hear already. Oh, Genecia, I just want to help people. I don't want to. I don't really need to make a lot of money. Okay, I hear you. But besides that, you need financial independence, right? You want financial independence. You want the F-word. Right? And to have the F-word is to be to have sustainability in your business, isn't it? And it doesn't have to be very expensive, you know. It doesn't have to be like me. You don't have to be like me. $50,000 mastermind, $100,000 mentorship programs. No, you don't have to be doing that level.

Genecia Alluora: You can start small. You can start simple. Simple is easy. Simple is beautiful. Simple is great. People keep telling me it's so difficult to build a sustainable business model because they complicate things. It is not complicated at all. It is really easy. It is really simple. It is so beautiful to be simple. So one of the business model I would like to introduce to you is one of the models that we have used in Soul Rich Woman, which is a subscription business model as $12 a month or $99 a year, while price may increase. We don't know yet. But as of now, at this point in the recording, it's $12 a month or $99 a year. And this is not a number I plucked from the sky. This is a number after traveling Southeast Asia. Okay. And I look at the women on the ground. They are working their salary. They are making $300 us a month, some of them only $600 US a month, some of them $1,000 us a month. Now, depending on which level or which tier they are at and which country they are in, really their salary. In Southeast Asia really is not that high. And I also studied the world market where, you know, people and women around the world, how much are they paying for memberships?

Genecia Alluora: So it's fine. So after comparing and contrasting, I decided at the magic number 12 and 99 and then, you know, love our customers first and not love our products first. Can you see that? I'm literally building a product for my customers and looking at their salary range, looking at what they are doing, what do they need? Women don't need more information. You don't need more information. You need a structured way of learning step by step. So we released two videos every single month. We have got office hours with me where you can get to ask questions live, and that is the beauty part of it. So I make it easy. I make it simple and simple is beautiful.

Genecia Alluora: And common mistake that people think, Oh, simple is boring, Genecia. Simple is so, uh, something people will think is so boring. You just give two videos. Are you sure people will come? Uh, well, just look at my result. 200,000 members, $12 a month. What do you think? So build a sustainable business model, my friend.
