Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. And today I want to share with you the difference between a woman and a man and this story of the race track of how I always get women telling me they are too tired for their dreams. They they can't see their dreams anymore. They have put the their dreams into the closet, into the dustbin, literally. So there was this racetrack there. We're going to run 800m. We're going to go for 800m run. And what I see after I mean, this is really what I observed after so many years doing women's business. That in front of a man. There is always a man and a woman at the same starting line, all about to reach the starting line. And in front of the men there will be just their work and their briefcase, their colleagues, and probably a few more other things, their bosses in front of them. But for women. Being the main caregiver. They will have the children, the children's school, the children's homework, the children's clothes, the family's household chores. There's so many in front of them.

Genecia Alluora: The washing machine, the ironing board, there's so many things. And until the time they reach to even just about to start on at the starting line to start the race, the woman is just simply tired of doing the race of her dreams. I'm not even talking about I have not even. Don't get me started on the part where women are not given equal chance and opportunities. No, no, no. I'm not going there. But I'm just talking about dreams alone and alone only. How many women really are given the opportunity to do more with their life? So we have this ten year stay at home mom. Her name is Marilyn Lim. Okay, so you girls will know who she is. She was a ten year stay at home mom. She came to me with a set of products that she wanted to sell for a network marketing company. Thinking that she want to do something of her own because she has been, you know, cooped up at home for the longest time. And before she was a stay at home mom, she was a 20 year working in 20 years in a digital advertising firm.

Genecia Alluora: And it was because of her daughter who has a heart problem that therefore she decided to stay at home. So it was not because she was forced to stay at home like, you know, so poor thing. No, no, no. It was because she made a decision as a woman like woman power to really care for the family, quit her job, to care for her family, giving up a very good salary, good pay to give up and move home, to take care of the daughter who has heart problems. And she is a mom of three. So by the time ten years later, moving the timeline forward, you see she was unhappy. She was getting unhappy because the kids are already grown up, you know, 18 years old. Big already and to her what is her next step if the race track that she's on consists of all the things that I've shared earlier on? Where is her dream? So she came to me. To do a small kind of doing a coaching session with me. Okay. Kind of like a laser focused coaching session with me. Bring her health products to to me. Okay. Of this network marketing company. And she want to sell this and she want to do this as a business. And I looked at her and, you know, I'm an advocate of selling your own things, of selling your own products, of your own brand, even though beginning is the hardest. But by selling your own things and building your own brand, it's gonna be, I will say, a long term plan, a long term game plan that for another episode.

Genecia Alluora: So after discussing with her and using the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, I got her through a blueprint process that a few questions I always ask. And I discovered that she wasn't that passionate about the health products. It was because it was convenient, something that, oh, you know, I have lost weight before, so therefore I'm going to sell this health products. And she didn't even lose weight because of the health products. She lost weight because she has a proven system which I actually crafted for her and she can really cook very, very well. Super well. She cooks for a family of 7, by the way, sometimes even up to a for a family of 11 for the last 10 years. She's been cooking for a family of 7, sometimes 11, depending on whether the other family members come over. And every single time. And I discovered she has this secret recipe. That chili paste. Something really spicy, something really fresh that is preservative free. And it's not salted. There's no sugar, there's no salt, there's not much oil within that packet of chili recipe.

Genecia Alluora: And I said, Wow. This is it. My hair just stood up right from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet. My just. Just goosebumps all over my body. I just felt my hair stand Tip to Tip. And that's how I function, because my gift is really in my mentorship. My gift is I can spot things that you can't. And somehow if you verbal, you do verbal diarrhea with me. I am really good at filtering and looking at things that is able to put together something unique for you that is yours and yours only. And with marketing you will get your results. You will get your F word and own the F word yourself. Not dependent on weather, is it Covid 19. The brand closed down, the business closed down. You are not dependent at all. So let me come back to the story. And because she was able to discover that piece of talent within her and I ignited the passion within her, she was able to turn that into a business. And she went to pursue her dreams.

Genecia Alluora: In two months, she made four figures online. Four figures that few thousand dollars Singapore dollars. In two months after that very fateful first coaching session with me.
