Genecia Alluora: Hello, Soul Rich Woman. I'm back here. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Welcome back to Soul Why, Secrets of Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. Now, why am I back talking about why you're not making money? Okay, maybe that you are, congrats that you are. I'm really proud of you. And I'm just asking. Why are you still not reaching your goals and the the amount that you want? You know, why are you still not having that? And I want to address it another in this episode, in another approach. One of the things that observe is that women, a lot of women actually don't really need to make $1 million. I know you're shocked, right? Like, oh, my God, really, Genecia? No. You know, we want to make 100,000. We want to make $1 million. We want to be a multimillionaire. No, after doing Soul Rich Woman for the last five years and since 2015, not everyone wants to make $1 million. And for women, especially, somehow or another, the way we look at it is that, yeah, it's because we have other things in life that are important as well, and we just want financial independence and then later on, eventually our financial freedom.

Genecia Alluora: So it's never just about making that $1 million. So I would like you to consider this. Will you be open to just consider my suggestion right now? That you don't need $1 million. You just want to make an amount that is in your mind right now that allows you to be financially independent to make any decisions that you want. Any decisions that your heart's desire. And a lot of us are feeling very busy doing progressive like work that we think that we are doing work, we think that we are doing things. We think that we are doing our online thing by posting, you know, going online and working, going for another Zoom meeting and you're just doing something. Yes, we did teach about taking action, but doing something and doing something day after day. Are you progressing or is it a need to feel significant that, Oh, yes, I need to be doing something, therefore I'm accountable. I'm doing something. You know, I have to tell people I'm doing something, but there's something doesn't lead to anything.

Genecia Alluora: Are you having progress through progress in your business right now, whether you are 9 to 5 employees starting out thinking about transitioning from the workforce to entrepreneurship? Or a stay at home mom looking to turn your passion into paycheck, or a female entrepreneur looking to continue to turn your talents and skill your business into a more exciting thing that you actually ever desired that will unlock your freedom. Unlock more of your independence. Have more fabulous. Have more family. Making money is easy when you are seen as leader online. And what we are trying to do are just busyness, keeping us away from the true purpose and true meaning of the goal that we have set out to be. I remember coaching and mentoring so many women and I can tell you that those who are acting busy will never get the results that they want versus those who actually do it. And skip, not skip around the bush. Keep going round and round the bush. Round and round again. Merry go round again.

Genecia Alluora: Thinking that they are doing something and therefore they must get the results that they want. Really? Actions plus your response equals to the results. Actions, plus the response to the events that you are doing, whether it's online or offline, equals to the results. If up till today, you are still not getting the results that you want. Then it's time to relook at all the activities that you're doing right now. I see. I call it activities because they are they are not adding on seriously to building up your leadership brand online. They are not adding up seriously to something that your heart is desiring. And that gets me really frustrated, really frustrated. So I want to share with you today. To really look at the activities that you're doing. Be really honest. Write down the list of the things or actions that you supposedly call them. Actions. Well, if you're already taking actions and you already have the results, good for you. And allow me to kick your ass because I asked you, would you allow me to give you even a suggestion for you to consider?

Genecia Alluora: And you said yes. And that's why we are here on this topic. So write down the list of activities 1.1s and actions that you are doing for the last seven days. I know some of you have the Nemo effect, the Dory fish effect, You know, the Nemo, the movie where the clownfish, you know, kind of supported this blue color Dory fish who kept who keeps forgetting, even though Dory wanted to keep going forward. But she keeps forgetting what's the real reason why she was supposed to do what she was supposed to do. Are you having a Dory fish effect? So list down. Come on, write on your pen. Take a pen and paper. Write it down. I'll type it onto your phone. I want you to do that. Be really serious about it. What exactly are the things that you are doing, the steps you're taking, the actions you're doing, the activities that you're doing. List them all out. Only then the truth will tell.
