Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode. Soul Why the Secrets of Soul Rich Woman blueprint? I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today I want to talk about why you are still not making money. And the truth Lo and behold, I've coached and mentored thousands of women across the region. And one of the things that is very important that I see that many women are still not making money. Of course, there are many, many contributing reasons, but the real reason, after overcoming your limiting beliefs, after doing what you're supposed to do, what exactly is that? The answer is the reason why you are still not making money is because you are lazy. Yes, it is. You know what? I have seen women telling me and heard them sharing about how, you know, I've tried everything, I've done everything that's possible. You know, you told me this and that. I've done everything. Everything possible. One of the greatest guru of all times, Tony Robbins. He talks about when you talk about doing everything and everything that you have thought of possible. It should be a thousand of them.

Genecia Alluora: But when I get the girls to sit down and write down and tell me exactly what they have done, they've said, Oh yeah, I've just tried everything of the two things that you've asked me to do. Two or maybe three, Genecia. He said, you know, do everything ya, I've done everything in my power. Two things I post on Facebook like you said be consistent and post on Facebook. But after two weeks I have no results. So I stopped posting because, you know I didn't get any clients after posting. Yeah, I did post and yeah, I was consistent for two weeks, but I have no results. So, Genecia, you know, I've tried everything. Wow, what a great excuse. You know what it is exactly three things that why you're still not successful today. Because first you did not set an intention. You did not set the intention that you tell yourself that, yes, I truly want to be successful. There is a fine line between, yes, I want to be successful and versus action tells me that you want to be successful. That you want to make money, that you want to go online and be seen as a leader.

Genecia Alluora: That you want to be able to collect your first dollar online, make your first $100,000 online, or make your first million dollars online. But if you are not setting an intention, that's when you are going to go down the drain. Because after two weeks you're going to tell me, I've tried everything you know, you shared on the podcast, you shared on your FB live. I've tried everything I have done 3000 episodes of FB life, close to 500 episodes of podcast. You tell me you applied 500 strategies and still get no results. Or is it that of that 500 strategies that you've picked up, you only do two. Even Tony Robbins says if you say you're going to do everything, try everything, then go do everything. Second reason why you are still not making money on top of all those things I've just shared is because you have no clarity and you have no distinct roadmap. There's no blueprint. You're just following blindly copying other people, looking at what people are doing. Okay. If they are just posting a code, posting a video, if you are doing Tick Tock, you're doing Periscope, you are doing FB live. Okay, let's just follow, just follow on the surface.

Genecia Alluora: What you are seeing on the surface is just tip of the iceberg is not what's underneath the iceberg. There is a huge foundation, a strategy that is happening right underneath that ocean, that iceberg. So if you want to have unstoppable in your business, you want to be under earner to unfold, to unforgettable, or you want to be forgettable, not memorable and not making money still, then you gotta have a roadmap, someone to take you from A to Z. Okay, maybe not even A to Z, A, B, C, literally step by step. And showing you the exact way on how to do it. Only then you can move up to the next level. The last one is that you are not taking consistent action. Consistency is key. Not after two weeks. Genecia, there's no results after two weeks. Oh, my God. You know, when I went on to Facebook and went online, you know, back I was already back in my image consultant days, back in those days in 2012 and much earlier on. And you're telling me after two weeks you have no results and. Oh, I'm giving up? Oh, no, no. I got to. I got to repeat it because I got to repeat it because, you know, Genecia, after two weeks of posting. Three weeks. No, nobody wants to buy my services.

Genecia Alluora: Love your clients more than you love your products. And what are you posting? What? What? The things are you doing is never about a code. Never about the graphic, never about just the video that you are posting as about how you turn your mess into a message, how you set the intention to be seen and to be heard online. So, my dear Soul Rich Woman. Making money is easy. Easy when you are seen as a leader online. And it's because you are lazy. You have not exhausted or tried everything, but in your mind you keep saying you've done everything. Everything. This is the time to transform your mind. Transform your soul so that your soul keeps smiling. And that you are a Soul Rich Woman and not a Soul Poor Woman. Time to rise up. Take action now. Find someone to kick your ass, to set a roadmap for you and get clarity from stuck to unstoppable. Let's go.
