Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. My name is Genecia Alluora. Welcome to today's show. Today I want to talk about being a freedom entrepreneur with tools that keep my soul really sane running an international business online. Now, this is. I want to share the tools that really have kept my life in order and kept my business in order. And I'm going to simplify it for you easily, because a lot of times we have this effect of the what we call the shiny object syndrome. I started doing a lot of tools. I kind of grab everything I see online. I used everything I see online, everything. I just want to test it out and own every single software possible to help me run my online business. If I were to do a webinar software, I would grab three, you know, pay for all. And if I got an email marketing tool, I've got to have this and that. And every time when someone shiny or someone so-called a guru flashes it across my emails or flashes it across their social media posts, I'll be like, Oh wow, what's that? And I'll be grappling for those.

Genecia Alluora: Does it sound like you? The truth is, we all go through that shiny object syndrome. And we all want the latest tool, the newest tool, the best tools, all the tools possible. But what if some of us didn't have the budget? Or how about some of us who just want the important ones that will keep us sane, keep us aligned and profitable all at the same time? Now, who here wants to do more with less? Who here wants to have the tools that can help you to become more profitable by doing more with less. Aha. You have come to the right place. So let me share with you a couple of things that I've used. Okay? So first and foremost, the way I communicate with my team. Okay, here are a few tools. The first tool I use is Asana. So Asana is one of the tools that I use to kind of do project management, the timeline client projects, every single thing that I have done. I will say, since I've gone online in 2013 is in my asana dashboard.

Genecia Alluora: Yeah. Literally everything. Not a joke. Seriously. Hashtag no joke. Okay. Everything. All my clients, my virtual assistants. Everybody. My partners, my clients, everyone.vAnd it's really powerful. Okay, so go check that out. I have used other tools as well, but let me just stay focused on the tools that I am using and have streamlined over the years. Okay. Of course it's okay if you're using other tools. I'm happy for you if you found your own way. But for those of you who haven't. Don't worry. I'm just showing you the way right now. And then for, communication with my team, I use Skype, so just use Skype to communicate with them. And of course, Asana, these are the two main tools. And for myself, I use Evernote, I use a lot of Evernote to kind of key in stuff and save my notes. I also use other tools like, you know, email delivery, the email delivery tools. Okay, I use that tool called Infusionsoft. I'm thinking about quitting Infusionsoft really soon. But for now, since Donkey years I've been using Infusionsoft, so that's what I've been using for email marketing and then for my online webinars. Okay, so webinars and funnels, I use Click Funnels.

Genecia Alluora: Okay, so it's pretty straightforward. And then for appointment booking, I use equity scheduling. I'm on the grandfather plan. I absolutely love it. I've been using it for a very, very long time. Okay, So, yeah. What else do I use to do stuff? I use Canva. I pay for Canva to do the design and artwork for all the materials and collaterals. All my members on the team use Canva as well. I use for videos and video ads I use in video in video. That's the thing that I use for that. And yeah. That's about it. And of course, sharing four files, I use Dropbox, Google Drive. These are the two main things I use for video hosting. I use both Wistia and Vimeo because I was a client on Wistia and then later on I moved some of the things to Vimeo in order to balance things out a little bit so that different teams can work, work on different projects. So yeah, and for you URL shortness, I use shorby, that is a much better tool for me right now as compared to the other URL shortenings.

Genecia Alluora: And I could actually easily kind of use this tool to put onto my Instagram and social media and it's unlimited for me to put and create different links and for different purposes. So I absolutely love that. So these are just some of the tools or what I call the key tools that I use to run my entire business online. And no matter where I am or where I'm at and the hardware, I would say, is also just as equally important, having a really good MacBook. For me, I use MacBook Air and I upgrade it to the highest specs possible. And that in itself really has helped me because when I travel around the world, you know, I don't have all the tools with me, which means like I cannot have my I cannot bring my iMac along with me. In case you're wondering what's an iMac and iMac is like a huge monitor 27 inch. I can carry this in my luggage, you know, so I can only carry my MacBook Air and because I need to do like video editing and stuff like that. So I upgraded all my specifications to what's possible for me to run my processes even though I'm traveling or living out of my suitcase.

Genecia Alluora: So there you go. A sneak preview of how I am a freedom entrepreneur. I will call myself literally with all the tools that I use. And of course, you know, Zoom has just been added onto the list as one of the tools we use for meetings and of course, client contact points for coaching online. So yeah, there you have it. Well, like I said, each and every single one of us will have our own tools that we use in our own processes. But at least I hope I give you an insight of how I run a business online and international business online. Being a freedom entrepreneur with tools that keep my soul intact and sane.
