Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to today's episode. My name is Genecia Alluora. Today I want to share with you the best way to serve others so that you can have more freedom by doing more with less. Now, this is a topic I'm especially passionate about, especially having grown over the years from a solopreneur to having, you know, different types of teams and now running Soul Rich Woman with a big, huge virtual team that's functioning across the world and still be able to, you know, allow me to have the freedom to travel. And lift out of my suitcase, literally. In case you didn't know. Before all this Covid situation happened, I was traveling three weeks out of Singapore to Vietnam. And then one week I'll be back to Singapore and then three weeks to Malaysia and then one week back to Singapore and then to Thailand and then back and then to Myanmar and then back to Cambodia and then back and then to the Philippines. And then I'm back, you know, so I'm basically out of Singapore most of the time. And this is what I love about my job and about running this whole business online. You know, it gives me so much freedom to do what I love to do, and this is my legacy to help you. Okay.

Genecia Alluora: So the best way to serve others, I get this question to recently and someone actually said, Genecia, are you able to do pro-bono work? I mean, knowing that now the situation of Covid 19 is happening and, you know, a lot of us are quite cash strapped, are you able to do free? And then, you know, allowing us to actually she actually asked this question so allowed her to in exchange of her skills to me or to my company and, you know, kind of do an exchange like a barter trade kind of thing. So she gets coached and mentored. Okay. Mentored by me. Now, this is a great question and my heart just goes out for to this lady when she asked the question. And I've met her before. In fact, she was one of my students in my soul rich woman blueprint workshop, but she wasn't able to upgrade to go to the next level. She wanted to do mentorship with me, but her finances held her back. So well, you know, to me, it's just isn't her time. For now, she probably need to do something else to keep going, right? So because we can't be the solution to everybody, right? We can only serve whom we are meant to serve.

Genecia Alluora: So coming back to my point, so when I looked at the question, like I said, my heart goes out to her and she hopped on to the masterclass that I did and I explain it to the whole group. So there was this whole group because every week we had this, we have this like master class, like kind of like a group session where all the women around the world come together at 9 p.m. every single Monday, hop on to Zoom, and then that's when I will deliver an hour of answering questions and guiding them through whatever difficulties they may face. So that was the question that came up during that Zoom masterclass. I answered this question. I said, how is the best way? I would like to serve my clients. Now, this is something that I've been always thinking about serving my my clients and the way that I best serve my clients now is through online. Okay. And I do a lot of FB live. I do Instagram live. I do FB live like three times a week, if not almost every day. And you can ask your questions to me at shor.by/ask. Now you can ask me questions. Any questions that you may have burning in your mind. Thinking about, you know, you can just ask me on that free platform that you can just, you know, ask me the questions and I'll address all your questions live.

Genecia Alluora: And this is the best way I make use of my time because I want to serve 1 million, if not 100 million women around the world, in Asia and beyond, Asia in Southeast Asia and beyond Southeast Asia. And that is my dream. And what I really want to do. And if I continue to be in the space where. I'm trading time for money. That would not be the best way to use and to use my time because it's not relevant or not resonating with the dream that I want to achieve. So when I share this piece of story. I'm literally telling you that, you know, if you really want something, you know, if your heart is so burning that you want questions to be answered, like how Gary Vee does it, ask Gary Vee. Right. And, you know, anybody can just reach out to him and ask any questions that they want, and he answers them on his FB live, on his Twitter live, on his Instagram live, and he does just that because that is the best way he is using his time to reach out to millions of people around the world. He wants to help people. And for me, too. I want to help people. I want to help women, especially women around the world, in Southeast Asia, in Asia and worldwide.

Genecia Alluora: My time is really precious. So the way we use our time and the way we compartmentalize our time or the way we structure our time is really equivalent to how many people we want to help. And whether it's sustainable or not as well. So like my mentorship, my mastermind as well as my 100K mentorship programs are all these are very high value programs where I serve the women and people who are in it at the greatest possible, way possible. Okay, so my time is segmented. So when I look at my my dream, my time spent, I need to be very careful and efficient in the way I expense my time. Because the greatest man, the richest man on planet Earth, I would say, is Warren Buffett. Smartest investor, I will say, in all times. And he said, of all the money he has. The one thing that cannot be bought by his money and his wealth is time. So my friend today. You know, time is a commodity that cannot be purchased by money.

Genecia Alluora: And I value my time and I value how I want to serve my clients and serve and empower and inspire women around the world, people around the world, from Southeast Asia to Asia and beyond. So how are you spending your time? How are you leveraging on your time? You have to see and decide for yourself how you want to serve your clients and how you want to maximize your time. Because for me, I value freedom. I value maximum impact around the world.
