Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome back on today's show. In the previous episode, I talk about podcasting versus book writing, and I want to continue on this episode. I want to share a little bit more about, you know, if you were thinking about writing a book, I would like you to really reconsider that again and shift your efforts to podcasting, because I'm going to say this statement right now. If connection is something that you value, then do this. If connection is something that you value, then do this. Now, this means that allowing without showing your face, you can let your voice be heard and let your voice shine. Now I know it's completely mind blowing even for me. You know who has done like 3000 episodes of FB Live and all live streaming on multiple platforms since the the days with Mercat and Periscope and YouTube Live and then FB Live and Instagram live. You know, I'm a live streamer, okay, but I have now added podcasting as one of my key marketing strategy to be seen and heard and build connections around the world. The key word. Around the world. One more time. Around the world. Yeah, that's right.

Genecia Alluora: And I love that ability that it gives me the freedom for me to say hello to someone like you listening in right now. When I look at my statistics in my dashboard, I'm like, so excited because that means it gives me more chance to reach out to more people, more audience within a shorter period of time. And I just want to say thank you for supporting this podcast and this series because in less than 30 days we have listeners in more than 12 countries. In less than 30 days. Because online space is getting crowded, competitive and really noisy. To be seen as a leader in the online space is no longer a one prong approach, like a one way street. It has to have multiple ways for you to connect with an audience. And trust is something no longer present, I would say in the online world is difficult to build trust, and therefore it takes even more effort and more you need even more steps and more times in order to allow that audience or the customer or the client to trust you easily and over a period of time.

Genecia Alluora: So it's not like they see you now and then they will by now. They will observe you for a period of time, literally. Well, now, in the past, it used to be 3 to 7 times before they would make a purchase. Now the touchpoints has increased to at least 9,v 15 and even up to 30 times before a customer makes a decision to buy from you. So trust is essential in any business or even just starting out. You're just new. Your 95 employee trying to build an online brand being seen as a leader online. How can you establish that trust? So trust is established by the connection that you made online, the way you touch their soul, the way you communicate your message, share your story. So therefore, podcasting has given me an avenue that I'm so grateful for to connect with you today. And I just want to say thank you and thank you again. You don't know how grateful I am to allow my voice to be transmitted across these platforms and for you to be able to receive it is such a pride and joy, no matter where you are at.

You must be consistent to continue to reach out to your audience and be there for them and with them by giving 100% value like what I'm doing now, even before they decide that you are the one that they choose, whom they would like to buy from you or learn from you or no matter the situation, may be for your products or your services.
