Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to the show today. My name is Genecia Alluora. How are you? Blessed day. Today I want to share with you the one key strategy to adopt when getting clients online. I'm going to first give you an example of this client of mine, an image consultant, something like what I used to do before. And she came to me with this problem. Okay. She has this skill set that she wants to help people to look good in terms of their personal branding. So she has selected engineers as her target clients to work with. For many months she was selling %3000 to $5000 kind of like branding packages like how you look good at work. As we all know, Engineers, Engineers are people who like, you know, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers. You know, there are so many types of engineers out there, and there are many of them who work on site, on site. Okay. They are not really in the office. Some of them are working on site. So many months she was not getting any clients and even she did. She was only getting paid really small packages like 300, 1 time consulting, $500 plus a little bit of personal shopping.

Genecia Alluora: Still not getting the results and income that she wants. So she came to me and I looked at her problem. So she is getting clients. Yes, somewhat. There's recommendations and referrals. Mhm. But what is really missing? First and foremost, remember I always say love your customers more before or love your customers more than you love your product. So we talk about loving your customers more than loving a product and simply means that you really need to know are you solving that one problem for your customer or potential customer? So most engineers don't really need to look good, per se. Yes, they need to look presentable, but do they really need to be even more looking good? Kind of like going to the next level, even smarter because they are going on site. They need to put on their boots, they need to put on there their overalls. They need to go out there and get things done. So are you really solving a need for your customer, a potential customer? Because if you want to get paid, you have to be solving their problem.

Genecia Alluora: So I looked at it and I said, Hmm. You are not targeting the pain points or that one problem of the engineers correctly. So I said, have you considered the relationship side of the engineers of those engineers? Because sometimes they work really long hours. So you might want to take a look at how they are treating their relationship life or their love life. So then he got her thinking, Hey, maybe I could look into exploring the life of engineers whose love life could be compromised or not doing so well or could be better, you know, for them. So she restructured her package to help engineers find love, to find a partner, to look good on first date, second date, third date, and eventually get married, something like that. Along those lines, you get it. So eventually, three months later, she came back and she told me, Wow! Genecia, thank you so much. I have five customers who paid me $5,000 for doing just their packaging or what we call they're kind of like branding for their relationship to go on dates, to take care of their first impression, social etiquette, you know, dining etiquette, making sure that they are on point to get the girl they want the love of their life. And because of that, these engineer's lives has been transformed.

Genecia Alluora: My heart was smiling. And of course, I'm smiling too. And her bank account is smiling. You see, when we have a gift and a talent, sometimes we don't put it in the right place at the right time. Not loving our customers first instead of loving our products first, thinking that they need what you have. But actually they don't need what you have. So always start with this strategy of knowing what your customers want. Number one. Number two, how you can solve the one problem for them immediately. Well, she was $25,000 richer than previously. Right. Right now she is making more than before because she was able to package and sell high ticket item and help these people who really want to structure their love life and eventually find love. So it's making a positive impact in the world while making an income. And I believe you can too, if you know how to solve that one problem for your client right now. And to do so, you must love your client more than you love your product. And last but not least, always gather feedback from your clients and see how to tweak and improve your messaging so that you can serve the next one better.

Genecia Alluora: So think about this strategy today. What can you do to work on improving yourself right now? Maybe you're not getting customers because you are like the image consultant before. She was just trying to help them in their jobs because that's what our training is all about, right? Helping people to make a good first impression, to have authority, you know, and be the best version of themselves in the workforce. But is that really what they need? Is that what they want is there what their heart desire. So always go deep into it. One more example before I go. Which book would you buy? Let's say you go to a library or Amazon to get a book. Would you get a book that says play a guitar, Learn how to play a guitar in 24 hours? Or would you buy a book? 1s Learn how to play. My heart will Go On by Celine Dion in 6 hours. Which one would you choose? The first one or the second one? You have got the answer. Solve one problem for your customer immediately and you will be paid handsomely.
