Genecia Alluora: Hello and welcome to today's show. My name is Genecia Alluora. Just want to say thank you for joining me today. And in this episode I want to share with you that attention is key to success online. Whether you are 9-5 employee, your newbie, stay at home mom or a female entrepreneur, having a powerful tagline for your business will help you to build a culture in your business where people can feel that they are transformed by joining you in your community, in your online groups, in your online platform. So in Soul Rich Woman we picked for women who love the F word, being fabulous, having freedom and financial independence. And that has allowed me to connect with women at different levels. They want the F word, fabulous freedom, financial independence, and above all, family. And this tagline was created in 2016, 2017, where I was fine tuning the way to capture attention in the online world where women will resonate with us. So a lot of success of Soul Rich Woman comes with this resonance of the F word. You help them to transform their persona where they're at at the moment, to where they can be within your platform, within your community, within your groups, or wherever that you are or that you are doing.

Genecia Alluora: It allows them to feel that there is a there is a space for them to put on that magic cape. That magic suit like Wonder Woman, like Superman, you know. So it makes them feel that they are special, they are unique and never, ever before in their own comfort zone. They can experience that tag line or that kind of like a power over them to help them to get out of the comfort zone into the action zone. So this is key as to why creating a powerful tagline, powerful mantra, powerful phrase that is resonance with your business, to capture the attention online by your the attention of the audience that you want to attract is key. Because when they feel that they can see the future self in your business, you will be successful. Your business will continue to attract people online. Or whether you are bringing them to an event, you're bringing them to a summit, you're bringing them to the next virtual session. It doesn't matter. So the way I created my F word was I looked at what I stand for and what I believe in. Love your customers more than you love your product. This is essential. And I want to share with you that it is very, very important because it keeps you smiling and it keeps your clients and customers smiling as well.

Genecia Alluora: So by bringing them into that world, how do I come up with the F word? So like I said, first you need to define what do you stand for, right? And then write them down. Brainstorm 20-50 words that resonate with you. It doesn't have to be a direct relevance to what you are doing, which means like we help women to bring their business online and bring their leadership online. Right? That is the one thing and one thing that we do that makes us so successful here in Southeast Asia, in Asia, and now growing and going global. Secondly, you must be able to understand what your customer want. So work with potential customers or people around you whom you trust or just do an online survey of some groups that you are in or in your email list if you ever have or even you're just starting out, go talk to some strangers. Of course define the strangers first, okay? Not just anybody. All right. But a selected group, what we call a better group of people whom you can kind of get the information from to even just to start out and try along the way. Don't worry about being perfect. The first round, when I first started my channel and my tagline was, you know, to build a business and life you love and then later on it morphed into, you know, for business mindset and marketing and anything in between.

So when you are kind of getting data and putting the words and putting the sentences together to create the environment, not just the tagline, remember, it's all about that culture that you want to build up, that resonance that brings people to you, that keeps you smiling and keep your clients smiling when they are getting out from their comfort zone into the action zone.
