Genecia Alluora: Hello, my name is Genecia Alluora. Thank you for joining me on today's episode, I want to share with you when you want to bring your business online or bring your leadership online. Whether you are 9 or 5 employees, you are a newbie or you are just starting out, whatever the case may be, or even as a female entrepreneur. There are two things that I feel is essential. Three things I would say that is essential to any online success. That means to bring your business online, bring your leadership online. The success. The first thing I want to say is you need to do this. I would call consistency. Consistency is like the fundamental and the most important thing right now to do. Because everybody is online because of Covid 19. Everybody is forced to go online. Right? Forced, literally even businesses who do not wish to go online are now online. People who are always networking offline or doing events offline are also forced to go online. So in order for you to stand out, to be seen as a leader, to be different, that's when you want to make sure you do these three things. Okay. The first thing is consistency. So first of all, how does consistency look like? It doesn't mean posting every day. Does it mean showing up every day? Well, it means showing up every day, either in your FB live, Instagram live. Is it your podcast? Is it your blogging or whatever medium that you are using?

Genecia Alluora: Show up every single day for your audience. Because trust is the big thing that is missing online right now. That's for sure. Really. Trust is missing in this online space right now because people are, you know, scammed. There are things happening, right? People are being cheated or people are under-delivering. And you don't want to be in those categories you want to be seen different. Exceptional leader. Great. Right. So in order for that to happen, you first must be consistent. Then you want to build your momentum because you're consistent so that if if you're building up to a product launch, you're building up to a service, you're launching a service, whatever things in your building online that you want to sell online to sell anything easily online is to be seen as a leader online, to be respected or headhunted online. The only way is to be seen as a leader online by building the momentum with your consistency so that when you give value, when you give them something, you give your audience something and say, Hey, would you like to purchase this? Eventually when you do that value exchange, right. It is actually it is actually correct. It is actually the way to go to build that momentum, to connect with your audience.

Genecia Alluora: Eventually you need to lead to the B word. Which is batching not a lot of times I see business owners, female entrepreneurs or even women just starting out 9 to 5 employees thinking about bringing their talent online, bring turning their talent into a business or passionate into a paycheck. They are just doing it day after day. Because when you said junior, you said consistency, right? So consistency means I must do every day. And which means like one hour before they post, like one hour they would just before they left, let's say, for example, you think about posting at nine, 9 a.m. in the morning or doing a blog post in at 9 a.m. in the morning. You only start thinking about this at 8 a.m., maybe even 830 or maybe even 8:45 a.m.. No, that's not the way that's definitely not the way. Even as I'm recording this podcast, it's all being batched. When I interviewed Neil Patel, when I interviewed him and asked him, I said, how do you create so much content posting onto so many platforms and repurposing them? You know, I asked him this passionately when I met him in person in Hanoi, Vietnam, during the conference that we spoke on the same stage on. And he told me, he said, batching is key. We entrepreneurs don't have that much time. We must learn how to do this batching so that we can free our time to do other things. That matters because when we are so busy, day to day life gets in the way.

Genecia Alluora: So this week you think I'll just record one episode or two episodes, but the next week you're thinking, I'm going to record the same day at the same time, and then life gets in the way. Your your child is sick. You know, you have something last minute to handle. You know, your you need to bring your mom out. You have to bring your children out. There's so many things to handle. So that is why. We must learn to match our content, learn to bet our content for consistency and momentum to ensure our success in the online world. To be seen as a leader online, it can be, of course, just be another type of content that will discuss another day. But for this episode is all about realizing and having awareness that batching is key. Most of my content are, I would say a year, two years, three years and you know, different content. Of course we will slot in content as per seasons, but overall there must be a structure, a game plan, a strategy for you to be positioned overall to be as a thought leader, business owner, influencer in the online world, whether you're a 9-5 employee, a female entrepreneur or a newbie, this is a strategy to be done.

Genecia Alluora: And you said, sure, but I am a newbie. I just I'm so new. I'm just starting out. I don't have that much content as you has done so many years. Well, I've just got a solution for you. And the solution is just start get a weather. Is it a video or a a voice content or written content? Just sit down one hour a day. Or maybe I wouldn't even ask you to sit down for one hour a day for a week. I will just ask you to start with just one hour. Plan out a week of posting. Okay. Five days worth of posting. All right. One 1 hour to 4 hours. If you can sit your ass down for four hours. How about one hour? Start with 60 minutes. Start with that one hour only when you choose to start with that one hour, the 60 minutes to even sit your ass down to do one piece of content. Only then you can progress. And one more thing I want to say. Don't give up. Even though you find it hard and do it afraid. Do it even though you are afraid, because that's when miracle is going to happen. I did not have success and build my content overnight. I pushed through and I just want you to know that I was once just like you.

Genecia Alluora: All you need to do is just to get one hour, at least one piece or two pieces of content out every day so that you put all this content together and continue to, you know, repurpose them or share them so that you can be building consistency, momentum by batching.
