175: How to master positive anchors to multiply your influence for maximum impact

Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to this episode. In this episode, I'm going to talk about positive anchors and how it's going to change your life. If you were to use this method that Tony Robbins has used to influence and multiply his impact. Now, manifesting your F-word. Fabulous freedom, financial independence and happy family is not a one time thing.

Genecia Alluora: It takes a daily practice of your thoughts and your feelings about money and constant reinforcement on your dreams. Now, the spoiler alert will be anchors is going to change your life, it's not going to make it worse for you. In fact, anchors are like little positive reminders of your goal. They can have a direct or subliminal effect on your mindset and will act as micro commitments to help you to stay laser focused. You don't have to think about your goal all day and who has the time to meditate a million hours?

Genecia Alluora: So how do you keep yourself focused on your goals? And that will be with regular, consistent and automatic reminders to help you feel good about your goals and about your dreams. Remember, success is just a habit and habits can be cultivated. Now, I know it sounds like hard work because sometimes I think that way too, but it's not when you can put it all around you automatically, unconsciously and scattered all around you throughout your daily life. So mentally go through your entire day and see how to make the 1% improvement to make your vibration high, to keep your energy high, to keep your mindset high.

Genecia Alluora: It could be adding a physical reminder of your goal or a patent interrupter. Over time, these tiny reminders are like seeds plundered in your soul and upgrades will have a huge compounding impact on how you feel every day. Alternatively, or rather something sometimes little annoying stuff that you tolerate will compound over time and will use some unnecessary mental energy, for example, the anger or stress that you may have. So it is often best to make sure you declutter your energy, okay, declutter your negative belief. So when you feel good, you are more likely to take action.

Genecia Alluora: When you take action, you are likely to see better results. So it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Think about all the little touch points throughout the day where you can feel good. Very important. Okay, before I go into the three four categories I'm about to share with you, I want to answer some questions that came in one of the questions asked.

Genecia Alluora: It sounds exhausting to think of my goals all the time. What should I do? Well, see, that's the point, right? If you make it automatic, as easy as possible, you don't have to think about it. This is really cool.

Genecia Alluora: So all of those unconscious and subliminal suggestions can have a big compounding effect on your thoughts about money. When you change your self beliefs around money, you can be more inclined to take action, so it becomes self fulfilling. See, that's the point. You make it as automatic as possible so you don't have to think about it. All of these unconscious and so all of this unconscious stuff is going to make it happen for you.

Genecia Alluora: Okay? So what are Subliminal Audios and Binaural Beats? Oh my God. You're going to love this. Okay? I've been using Subliminal Audios for a long time. When I sleep, I play these audios. When I work, I play these audios. Last time when I was studying, I play all these audios. Okay?

Genecia Alluora: They are like a recording of meditation or classical music with an underlying track of positive affirmations. So your mind will receive the affirmations and these work at the subconscious level and they can help to train your brain to form new healthier beliefs. And you can get these meditations for hundreds of purposes like creativity, weight loss, overcoming your fears, increasing your prosperity. So where did I learn this? I learned this when I went through Louise Hayes work and then she mentioned about subliminal messaging as well.

Genecia Alluora: So I really love it. Okay, so this is very good. So Binaural Beat meditations have shown to have a similar effect on your brain to regular meditation practice. Okay? So you can go and Google Binaural Beat meditations and the best way to experience these tools is to try them, okay?

Genecia Alluora: Don't need to try and think about it. You just have to go and listen to experience it, to try it, and then you will know it whether it really works for you or not. But for me it works, right?

Genecia Alluora: And one of the question that came in is also, how do I add a popup reminder to my phone? Okay, the easiest way for you to do that, you can set it in your alarm. You can name your alarm when it rings. When you get up, the alarm will show a pop up. So I think that's one of the way. Another way easiest way to do this is to add a calendar reminder and then set it to a pop up notification vacation. So some of my favorite notifications to receive is congratulations on having 1 million downloads of your podcast.

Genecia Alluora: Really, serious. Congrats on having 1 million downloads of your podcast. And then the other one is, congrats on your new house. So whatever they make it fun for you, whatever they make it fun for you, you need to just anchor it in. It's very, very important. All right? It's really very important. So your biggest job is to keep your positive vibrations high, to strengthen your belief that you're worthy of good things and constantly upgrade your life.

Genecia Alluora: So the more awareness and thought you can show your dreams, the better. And when we change our thoughts, we change our reality. Cool. So let's go into the different categories or touch points so that it can help you to feel good. Okay, there are three main categories that I want to share with you.

Genecia Alluora: First one is your morning routine. The second one is as you go through your day. The third one is where you work. And of course, the goal of these anchors is to help you to create awareness and helps you to feel good as well, to go through your day. Okay, so let's give you some examples on the morning routine.

Genecia Alluora: So you can wear your nice pajamas to be instead of just wearing big, oversized t shirts. You can choose really nice silky ones. You can also use your best linen and wash your sheets regularly. Alarm clock is a Money song. Instead of a p-p-p-p-p in the morning, a pop up on your phone that says, today is going to be a profitable day.

Genecia Alluora: Beside your table where you put your lamp and your handphone. It can have a frame affirmation card with a beautiful crystal or candle. You can say positive affirmation like, I deserve to be rich when I serve other people, right? Goals can also be written on your mirror. I have two pieces of paper that stuck to my mirror, and I read these affirmations of passive income and how I break through my money mindset every single day when I go to the mirror to comb my hair or do my makeup.

Genecia Alluora: So goals can be written on your mirror. You can also write your goals down before you get out of bed. That means before you wake up. I mean after you wake up. Before you kind of get ongoing with your day, you want to write down or type it onto your phone what you want to achieve today or something that you want to break through today.

Genecia Alluora: You can also start the morning with a gratitude practice. You can also doodle your latest goal in your shower steam. You can also wear your favorite clothes, underwear, perfume, makeup or get a weekly blow dry at a salon so you always wake up feeling and looking great. You can also wear symbolic or Affirmation jewelry or crystal. The second category is as you go through your day.

Genecia Alluora: You can listen to positive playlist or podcast in your car like mine, okay? And you can use your house and cover your house with reminders of your dreams like your painting, the artwork, the framed Affirmations dream board is on the fridge and other unexpected areas like inside the cupboard doors. Yeah, this is one area that is quite neglected. When you open the cupboard door you will see your affirmation as well right? So yes, you can also use your best, I would say accessories without feeling guilty. You can also pay for things and your wallet makes you happy or you can use the bags that you love that you feel good.

Genecia Alluora: So basically you want to use stuff that makes you feel good and then you can even keep a note inside with the goals written on it. So when you use a bag you know that affirms you that you're moving towards your goal. The third category is while you work. So your password is your latest goal so you can type it in a dozen times a day and you can have the fortune cat fortune kitty kozao tai Mao that looks over you when you work. That could be one.

Genecia Alluora: The latest goal sits in the post date in the corner of your laptop screen. You could have subliminal audios of Binaural Beats Play in the background as you work. Your screen saver is your dream board, your phone saver is your dream board and you see it different times throughout the day. Your phone also regularly pops up new positive message. There is a crystal formation or money formation that you can set up that makes you feel peaceful and happy.

Genecia Alluora: You can even create photoshop podcast covers and photoshop mockup of your book to help you to put you in sync to get ready to the launch of your book and sort out book or even 1 million downloads of your podcast, right? And also your Facebook feed or your social media feed is filled with positivity and love by choosing to go into the correct post or liking the correct post so that it shows up positively in your newsfeed. You can also choose to receive newsletters that you love and your email signature can also show proudly what you do and what you own. So these are just some of the examples that you can do to go through your day from morning go through your day and while you work and then at night, basically, is to spend some time to set up the anchors and reap the benefits of it all day.
