Genecia Alluora: Hello, gorgeous and welcome to today's episode. My name is Genecia Alluora. I'm your host for today. I want to talk about when do money blocks affect your business the most? Now, this is a crucial time in your business because in these challenging times, you also need to deal with your money blocks. So money blocks, when do they come up? I mean, when do they not come up? They will come up again and again and again in your business and in your life. Just think about when you've just dealt with them, overcome them. They will show up at your door knocking. It's like horror movie. They will come up again and again and again. And that's bad news. You might be thinking, what Genecia, why can't I just deal it with one time and that's it? Exactly. But you know what? It's not like that.

Genecia Alluora: So don't beat yourself. If you're experiencing another money block and you really thought that, you have beaten it. It is like getting up and having a shower and you have to do it every day, otherwise you start to smell a little bit. So that's how it is. So let's talk about some crucial points in your life where they might come up more than others. Like, if you are starting your business, more money blocks will show up. If you are just getting your business started right now, this is where your money blocks can really push you off the tangent and make you feel like you've got a lot of resistance and procrastination. This might be your first time they have come up for you and you're not even aware of it. And because you're here on this episode, you are here for a reason to hear this message.

Genecia Alluora: Most of the time in the job, you don't get blocked by money. Maybe you have never experienced money blocks before. Now suddenly you are having to set your own prices, you set your own business and someone asking you, can I get a discount on that? Would you like to butter trade or collaboration for free? Well, all these things are happening and it's all new to you. The first time you get a refund request, it's new. The first time you get someone complaining about your course, your product or your services having a complaint, that's new. So every time that happens, you are going to feel like you can't get past it. Luckily, that's not the case. The good news is that things that scare you today around money in the future won't even be a problem.

Genecia Alluora: You'll be like, oh, refund request. We've got something to do with that. Oh, complaint. Okay. We've got a procedure in place for that as well. It's just something that every entrepreneur has to go through. And the funny thing is though, a lot of people want to quit when they have an awkward or difficult money conversation.

Genecia Alluora: Your only job is to get through it. Come on, you're not going to die. It's okay. You can survive because I've done it. And you can work your way through it. If you're new in business, big hugs to you. Because this is the time when you really have to work on your money blocks and you really have to be vigilant about your thoughts and feelings about money. Launching something, money blocks will come up. Money blocks will come up at critical points in your business. Like when you are launching something new. This is when you're going to second guess your pricing. You look around, you compare everyone's prices. Are you too expensive? Are you the cheapest? You start to guess every single part of your business. You start to ask yourself, am I worth it?

Genecia Alluora: Am I enough? Did I do enough? Like when we launched our Instant podcast leader program, we do a done for you service and we launched it in the four figure range and we started to ask ourselves, oh, is this worth it? Is this going to be something that I do enough to give value? So when you launch something and you start to question yourself, it's just think about the energy you spend trying to fight with the energy. So this is when you start to overcompensate and you start to put more and more and more and more and more into your products and programs because you want to over give and you want to be seen in is generous and you feel like it's not enough. Overcompensating. Oh, my God. This is so me, really. And when I see that in other women, because I've overcome it and I still deal with it from time to time, like I shared with you, it's a recurring money block, right? And that's a huge one for women thinking, this is not enough. I have to give more. I have to give more bonuses. When I was doing one of my programs is a $500 program, and I listed out 10 bonuses, and I just felt that I didn't give enough. It was around this $500 program, I'm already giving out $10,000 worth of bonuses, actual products that I'm actually selling and put it together to gift it out.

Genecia Alluora: And I still felt that it wasn't enough because I keep questioning, am I worth it? Am I enough? Did I do enough? So I want to share with you today. The best thing you can do at this stage is just to follow your launch plan. Know that those little monsters are really normal, and it just means that you're going to the next level and you are facing some resistance around it. So if you have gotten around those money blocks at the start of your business, then it's going to be much easier at the other critical points to get through them as well. Remember, launching in your business is such an emotional thing, emotions can be heightened. And you have to be very careful that you are not making up stories about yourself during those times. Stories like, I'm not good enough, I'm in that liquid. Nobody wants my stuff. Nobody want to buy from me. Everyone else got it together. Everyone else is doing it better. My competitor is better than me and I don't.

Genecia Alluora: Hello? Really, really have to catch yourself and watch those stories. Get a mentor to watch all these blind spots for you as well. Otherwise, these stories are going to kill your business and they are not even true. So when you hit an income plateau or flat line, like you're not earning, breaking through that amount, every month you're just stuck at that amount, spoiler alert, it's because of money blocks. So the third most popular time that you might hit your money blocks is when you hit an income flat line. Now, this is when your money blocks are really going to come up because you might just start to tell yourself stories. For example, this is the most amount of money I've ever been able to be able to make in my life, and any success that I've had so far has been a joke. Oh, my God. You know what? These money blocks are real. And if you don't deal with it, your negative self talk is going to disrupt whatever you've built.

Genecia Alluora: And then you can't quit and you can't give up because you already built a business, right? So you can be empowered to rise upon and above your own limiting beliefs about money and your ability to earn it. You have the diamond within you and you deserve to shine. You are still going to be the exact same person now with the same thoughts, same feelings, same fears, and self limiting beliefs about money because we are authentic. We are authentic. We are real. Without changing who we are, we are the person that we are. Even when we hit six figures, even when we hit seven figures, but our monster money blocks will come and visit us.

Genecia Alluora: So now that when you have the tools and you will be able to recognize your money blocks faster because you will be able to recognize your own self sabotage and move through it as well. And you'll have the armor and the fortitude to keep going on no matter what until the next one. Now that's the good news and also the bad news.
