Genecia Alluora: Hello and welcome to today's episode. Are you convinced that you need to be online but you aren't quite sure what steps to take? Hello, I'm Genecia Alluora. You know, it is very real, this struggle. You know that. You know that you need to be online, but you're not quite sure what steps that you must take. But first, let me address some of the concerns that women have when it comes to going online. A woman should help a woman for free. If you say that you are a woman and you are helping someone, you have a community, then you should help me for free. Oh, if I were to go online and if I were to ask for help, you will judge me. I'm afraid to ask for help. I don't want to show you how vulnerable I am. I can do it myself. I can just Google YouTube and put everything together myself. You see. Why are you telling yourself all these lies? I've done Soul Rich Woman since 2015 and dive deep about women's psychology in the last five years and of course since 2006. I've also been supporting women. But now, even so, deeper than ever before. I realized that women who say a woman should help women for free is very, very significant. It's like as though when you're a woman, you just say, okay, I want to help you. And then the person will say, okay, let's do it free.

Genecia Alluora: And you'll be like, What? Why would you expect a woman whom is we're all encouraging women to rise up to 10x to financial independence and you're expecting another woman to help you for free? I know it's a four letter F word, but it's not part of what we believe in here in Soul Rich Woman. We want women to rise up to a financial independence. So if a woman has got an expertise, she has got a lot of experience, she has structure and has helped many other people to be successful way before you. Then why should it be free? Of course, let's not mix with charity. That's another story altogether. Here we are talking about profitability and sustainable business model Oh, you will judge me, Genecia. That is why we tell our stories and we own it and tell it like it is. And if you think by sharing our story, my story, it is not enough for you. Then maybe I'm just not suitable for you. Maybe you should be looking for someone else to help you to go online. Some of you are thinking I'm too afraid to ask for help. Well. My dear girl. Only when you ask for help. You then can come into a place, a safe place where likeminded women are able to support you to go from offline to online, to bring your business online, to be seen and recognized as a leader online.

Genecia Alluora: I can do it myself. Oh my God, this is so scary. Yes, of course there are people who can DIY out there, but why do you want to do it the long way? How much is your time worth? How much is your time worth, really? When you work in the 9 to 5 job? You expect your boss to pay you a salary for every single hour you sit in the office doing a 9 to 5 job. But when it comes to you, become a full time entrepreneur. Oh, 9 to 5 every day is a free day. It doesn't matter. I just can I can just do it myself, my own time. But do you know how much income loss have you lost because you are trying to do it yourself? We help you to really recognize and shortcut your success to go from offline to online, to break free of your comfort zone. Get out of your victim mindset and really recognize the patterns of not excellence, but patterns of victim mindset turning around into patterns of excellence in a Soul Rich Woman. Turning in 2015, just 100 customers into 9000 customers in just 2020. And this 9 to 5 employee joined Soul Rich Woman just recently and became an Instant Podcast Leader, turning herself into a platinum instant podcast leader and then still being headhunted into jobs because she was in transition. And even though it was a crisis, she was still being headhunted consistently. And now she was able to have choices which job she wants to go into, which positions she want to go into, and what kind of salary does she want? Even though she's in her 40s, she's, you know, by right, it should be, you know, a pay cut.

Genecia Alluora: But because she rose up to be seen online with podcasting, she was able to differentiate, differentiate herself with the rest of the people. So today you need to do just this. Find a mentor. Invest in yourself. Ask for help. Don't stop thinking that, you know, when you ask somebody to help you, it must be free. This is the wrong mindset. Change that today. Invest in yourself. Someone else over the other side has got experience that you want the journey that you have your you are you have gone through has been through the journey you have gone through. Has the experience that you want, has the results that you want. Then invest in one, pay for a mentor and don't expect it to be free. Time to transform your victim mindset and stop those lies that you've been telling yourself. And now to live with passion and hustle and how to give yourself grace without giving up.
